This is the second time they we have stayed here and it won't be the last. It is a great location and very close to the centre of York. We had a comfortable stay and the place was very clean. Sheridan was very quick to respond to messages.

The location was ideal—right in the heart of town, with easy access to charming shops, cafes, and beautiful countryside walks. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the little thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended for anyone visiting this lovely Yorkshire town!

Stayed here for a work break and it was the perfect location. The flat is super quiet, which made it ideal for online meetings on Zoom and Teams – the internet connection was reliable throughout my stay. Since I spent a lot of time indoors, I really appreciated how cosy and comfortable it was, making it an excellent base. The cleanliness was outstanding – I was so impressed, I even hoovered a few times myself to keep it spotless! York is a lovely city that I visit a couple of times a year, and this flat definitely made my stay even more enjoyable. I also felt quite safe as a woman on my own there and walking around in the local area. I highly recommend this flat!

The apartment was super! Really modern interior, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovey layout, lovely big comfy bed with lovely pillows - always very important to us. Beautifully warm apartment and bathroom. Parking was really easy and we had 2 cars! You will not be disappointed here, its exactly as the pictures show. Jo was a fantastic host and just couldn't do enough for us.

This apartment is on the upper two floors of a terraced house. The entrance is unprepossessing, the stairs from the ground quite steep. The apartment is well equipped. The beds were comfortable and spotless. The shower room, behind the mirror in the sitting area was adequate. The shower room on the top floor is pretty small and so we only used it once. The kitchen is adequately fitted out and was very clean and tidy. Settees and furnishings were clean and well presented. Nice touches were the Christmas decorations and the mince pies. Everything was as you would expect from an older style property. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

An excellent stay in central Leeds with the added benefit of free parking. The flat is comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the shops and restaurant below. Warm and well supplied. Easily walkable to all central locations.

We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. The drive was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and cozy. Our kids said it looked like a cottage in a story book.

The flat itself is lovely, and the view is spectacular. There are huge pictures windows that look out over fields and Otley village. Waking up to mist-covered green spaces was magical.

Second time we've stayed at Grace's. Peaceful area and Chapel Allerton is a great spot to visit.

This is our second time staying at the Studio. Just what you need when you visit York, walking distance to downtown. The bed was very comfortable, which is good when you have done a lot of walking. I can truly recommend the Studio.

We stayed at Tom’s place for a conference at the Convention Centre. This was the perfect location, only a couple of minutes walk away. Tom’s place is beautifully furnished and exactly as seen in the photographs. The beds are incredibly comfortable. His communication was excellent, providing very easy to follow check in instructions, & advice for parking. We would happily stay here again the next time we are visiting Harrogate.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was absolutely fantastic. Laura is a wonderful host. She was welcoming helpful, friendly flexible and did everything she could to make our stay. pleasant and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable. Warm had lots of equipment that felt just like. Home. It was only 10 minutes to walk into the city which was really convenient. The parking on site made life much easier.

Fantastic property in a perfect location overlooking Valley Gardens. We were able to find parking spaces for 2 cars easily outside the property. Very spacious accommodation & we were impressed with how clean it was. Thank you for the welcome pack of Yorkshire treats. We enjoyed our stay, & would definitely rebook again in the future.

Really lovely stay in York - the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk into town but meant you could still get away from the hustle in the evening if you wanted to. Everything was as pictured and described - absolutely perfect for a couple’s weekend get away. Kitchen has everything you need - the mini dishwasher was a huge bonus. I know York well but for newbies, there was lots of information and where to go in the welcome folder which is a nice touch. Everything in good condition, no complaints.
