Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

We had a great stay at Edward's place. We were a large family group meeting up for New years. The house has lots of character, and is set in beautiful surroundings. The only things I would say that could do with improving would be using one of the rooms as a social space as the kitchen isn't big enough for cooking. eating and socialising. Also, some of the matresses weren't as comfortable as I would hope for which didn't make for a great night's sleep. But overall, it's a lovely house and the host is very welcoming and reaponsive. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay in.

The area was easy to locate as clear instructions on how to access it were given. The place was cleanly and everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We have recently returned from staying at this amazing house. Fantastic layout and perfect for a large family or as a group as there are plenty of areas you can go and relax without feeling on top of each other. The garden is huge and clean! It’s enclosed so perfect for dogs. The zip wire was fun , also has a basket ball net and an area for football. The hot tub is amazing ! Initially we expected a very long wait to get it to temperature however we were stunned to find it to temp within an hour and aslong as you keep the lid on after using it then the following day takes about 20 mins to get up and running. The house was spotless, plenty of tvs, Xboxes , Netflix, board games , books the lot. There is no way anybody can complain about what you get with this house. Even including tea,coffee and condiments which is very rare. Beautiful location and an amazing fish and chop shop around the corner. Perfect for visiting York and areas in the northeast. Fantastic stay ,we loved it!

A lovely lodge in a beautiful and peaceful site. The lodge was well kept and comfortable - we felt right at home straight away. Only regret is not staying longer!

Brilliant location and size. The property was very clean and the William and Ashleigh were very helpful and understanding.

We had a lovely weekend at the cottage, booked as we had plans in the local area. It is a lovely quiet location seemingly in the middle of nowhere. What comes with this is a drive down down a long track which was intersting in the pitch black as we arrived late! The converted barn looks out into a small courtyard, on which the horses are stabled in the adjacent side. The size was perfect for our family of 4, with the 2 kids in a twin on one side of the lounge/kitchen and us in a double on the other side. Phillipa sent excellent instructions on how to get there which were helpful when arriving in the dark, even though we had it on GoogleMaps. We would definitely come back.

Had a lovely stay, made to feel welcome by Pauline and Graham, the nicest couple you could ever meet. They thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and even included lovely treats as a bonus. Fabulous surroundings with great safe enclosed paddock for our 2 collies to run around, truelly home from home, we will be back next year, already booked, Thankyou so much ☺️

The flat itself is lovely, and the view is spectacular. There are huge pictures windows that look out over fields and Otley village. Waking up to mist-covered green spaces was magical.

An absolute gem of a place! It's so close to all the amenities you need but feels so peaceful and idyllic at the same time. Christina was an amazing host and accommodated us in every possible way. Can't wait till we get to visit again!!

A lovely clean property. 15-20 minutes walk from York city centre. With great sight seeing opportunities and some lovely places to eat. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting York.

Perfect location to switch off with great views and plenty of privacy whilst being brilliantly situated to explore the local towns and walks. Really friendly and flexible host. I'll will certainly stay again when back in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. It has everything you need. Absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfy and a heavenly duvet. A short walk from the river and hustle bustle of York. Lisa could not have been more hospitable. Fabulous host. It will definitely be our go-to place when we go to York.

Philippa's place was absolutely ideal for our short Town-break! An easy stroll into the centre with cosy pubs and bars along the way, and a fantastic choice of restaurants in the Town itself!

Great place for families. A really central location and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Highchair, travel cot and baby bowls and cutlery all provided.

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Accommodation just as listed. Peter was extremely helpful with any queries and responded very quickly. Location is excellent for visiting York - just a short walk into the city.

Lovely weekend at the property. Great location, around a 15 minute walk to the centre of York itself and lots to see and do. The parking permit is very handy and you are able to park right outside the property. The house is comfy and welcoming, we would definitely book this property again. Dave was very helpful and friendly and I was very impressed with the selection of tea and coffee and all of the cleaning products, hand soap, extra toilet rolls etc. No need to pack all this stuff next time. What a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect, right from the very clear and responsive communication with Caroline, through to the ease to find/park and get into the property. Once inside it was evident that the place was clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials, located on a quiet road (with own parking space\) a very shot (15 minute) walk into central York. The house was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful place to explore from - our girls loved the small touches around books/games in their room and the open plan living/kitchen and dining space. Their were recommendations and helpful information around for us to review/read, which was very useful. So many nice 'touches' made the whole stay very enjoyable. Thank you, Caroline - we will be back.

Well what can i say, from having to change date due ro ill children, to finally making it to my husband not being well, so we spent alot of time in the house and garden it was absolutely amazing so peaceful ☺️ mind resetting x the hosts were so attentive, can not wait for the summer an pizzas in the garden x a 5 minute walk into morley ro spend afew hours in the charity shops and pick some steaks up from Bennett butchers to enjoy a relaxing evening infrount of tv ad being just what a newly married couple of 21 years an 3 boys later needed x thank you so mucj
