Excellent location with a choice of walks from the door and Masham close by, ideal for our New Year walking break with friends. Very well equipped and cosy cottage in an excellent clean condition, one of the best we have stayed in, Angela has thought of everything including a lovely bottle of festive fizz, chocolates and biscuits! Plenty of fuel and logs for the fire, plus lots of bird food to refill the many feeders that attract the birds and wildlife. The electric blankets were a treat! Large dog proof garden and off road parking. Highly reccomended!

We were only there for one night for a girls' reunion, but the house suited us perfectly. Lots of space, great location and very walkable into the centre of York and beautifully decorated with nice touches. Charlotte was ways very helpful if we had queries. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in York.

Great stay with friends, very comfortable & homely, Alisha was very quick to respond to a query when we couldn’t find something & even followed up to check that everything was ok. Great location, only a five minute walk via the bridge to get into town.

Lovely home in a really quiet little village. Everything was just as described with no issues with anything in the house during my stay. Lovely hamper was waiting for us on arrival and the log burner was a wonderful bonus.

Lovely accommodation with everything you could need. Set in a beautiful & peaceful location. Cozy & warm, we loved the wood burner. A lovely touch by Judith was the welcome goods. We had artisan bread, free range eggs, butter & milk ! Delicious, was such a nice welcome (fire the was on also 👍🏻) We saw 2 deer 🦌 🦌 on both mornings & could hear owls at night. One of the best places we have ever stayed in for one of our regular meets. The heated swimming pool was the main reason we chose it. It was also very spacious, clean and in a great location. Will be back soon!

A lovely cosy spot in a great location, we were able to walk into the centre of York very easily! Great to have a kitchen, too, though eating a full meal at the coffee table might be tricky (we just had little snacks). Very clean and well-equipped place, and check in instructions were very helpful

Our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of York and a short walk to York Minster, which we did every day to “check on her”! Eating places and pubs all close by and in the same street too. Just a wonderful experience in this beautiful medieval city. Highly recommend. And on a clear day you can see York Minster through the roof windows which was delightful.

El alojamiento es espectacular, todos sus ambientes son hermosos y es fácil sentirse como en casa. Está cerca del centro y de todo lo que se pueda necesitar para una cómoda visita en York. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme aquí.

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

Lovely ground floor apartment for 2. Everything was high spec and bed was very comfortable. Lots of extra touches like a bundle of chargers that saved us when we had forgotten one of ours. Basic supplies were also appreciated. The apartment is very conveniently situated right in the middle of Knaresborough with everything you need virtually on the doorstep. Fay is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Karen's cottage! The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with fantastic facilities that made our stay feel so comfortable. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. Karen went above and beyond, even putting up a lovely happy birthday banner. She also left dog treats out for our puppy! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ripon.
