One of the most cozy and comfortable places we've ever stayed at! It had everything we needed, our host was so sweet and accommodating, and it was just such a nice stay! With having a child with us, we loved how close the park was as well! We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

It looks just like the pictures! Clean and spacious AND QUIET! OMG, it was so quiet. Nice to sit on the back deck and relax in the evening. Beautiful space with water views. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to a little breakfast place.

It's hard to think of a better place to stay when you come to DeLand! We absolutely loved the space -- eclectic, unique, well positioned, and in such a neat place! The market, store, and tap room downstairs are the cherry on top.

Great place to stay. Spotless and everything we needed. Private fenced yard and only 15 minutes from the beach. Our host sent email instructions to each of us and immediately answered a question I had. I’d stay there again if I go to the area.

This is the finest Airbnb I've had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was immaculately maintained, from the linen to the appliances, towels, and washcloths. The owner has thoughtfully provided every essential amenity one would find at home. Given the opportunity, I would unequivocally choose to stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Loved the area. Walking paths right down the street. Quiet safe neighborhood. The house was perfect for 2 couples. Had everything we needed.

This Airbnb was simple, quiet and very clean. Just the basics provided and that was plenty. It was easy to find and location was just right for a weekend at the track. I would recommend, especially if you have several people in your group.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

The location was fantastic, and the condo was both charming and spotless. It had great amenities, including a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a mini air fryer. Everything was exceptionally clean. The hosts were incredibly responsive and even helped us check in early. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely a 5+ rating!

Beautiful views in all rooms. Overall it was clean and stylishly decorated. Beds and couches were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Amenities were a nice bonus, pool was very clean and not crowded. Close to supermarkets and plentiful options for take away. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. A++++ I have never been happier with a stay than Jeff and Krista’s beautiful condo! It was extremely clean and well put together. Great location with beautiful views of the beach AND sunset. If you’re looking for the best, cleanest and most affordable spot in Daytona Beach this is it!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

It's right on the beach and that is what we were looking for. Also you could enjoy the view from the balcony as well.
