We traveled from Canada and spent a month at Tina and Chads place. Everything was as described. Lots of room for a large group and very comfortable beds. We heated the pool and it was wonderful. We used it everyday. The hot tub was a welcome addition especially after the long drive to arrive. The beach is just a short distance to walk to and very quiet. It was nice to have a beach away from the crowds in Daytona. We had it all to ourselves often. We used the boogie boards and chairs provided and had a blast with the boards in the waves. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe and comfortable. There is a local pub - Lagerheads that has nightly live music just a short walk from the house. We visited a few times. My husband fished the Halifax river often and this is also just a short few blocks to the fishing dock. Tina was just a message away and both her and Chad were excellent hosts. We would recommend this spot and Tina and Chad to anyone. Thank you!!

Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

We traveled to Palm Coast as a group, but the floor plan of the home made us all feel like we had our own space. I would have liked the pool to have been warmer, but understand that it was as good as it could be considering the very low outside temperature. Ended up buying a car on the trip and host even provided use of the garage. I would recommend this property it is both quite and convenient to the highway for travel

We had a great stay here! The location was great and close to the beach and stores. The pool was heated and clean. The house was the perfect setup for our family of 4. We will definitely be staying again!

A perfect home for a small girls' weekend in the broader Winter Park area. Everyone had their own room and space, and the home is much bigger than described. Nicolas was extremely responsive to a few questions we had and accommodating. There were even some snacks and a bottle of wine greeting us when we came in. The closed in sun room overlooking the pool was PERFECT for our in-home yoga session. Be aware of bears in the area - we never encountered one, but we found out they like to roam looking for food at night in the trashcans! Would stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and club house were great too. Stayed with 2 small kids and they loved it. The condo was spacious and had most of what we needed. Only complaints would be it could use a deep clean and some of the kitchen stuff could be restocked. Overall though I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Had an amazing stay at this Daytona Beach spot! The location is perfect, with easy beach access, making it ideal for families. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Megan, the host, was fantastic—super friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a place to spend quality time with family, this place has it all. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. The location is perfect - right on the beach with some good restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean, bed was super comfy, the shower is nice and hot, and the AC worked well. Kelly has thought of everything you might have forgotten to pack. There is plenty of seating around the pool and all the patio furniture has just been replaced. We had a great visit and highly recommend!

The Dancing Octopus was super cute, comfortable and well located. Stacy and Michael were great hosts. The beach bikes are a nice way to get around; it’s a quick ride to the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Garlic and Norwood’s Treehouse. Flagler Avenue is also within walking or biking distance. The place is so well located, easy to get in, and the complex is nice. Stacy always responded to me quickly, and they were very flexible, helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to New Smyrna Beach.

Jary was great and very accommodating with us. She kept communication open with us during our whole stay. Instructions were very clear and check out was easy. Place was very clean and great view of the beach. We would love to return.

The condo was beautiful and clean. They supplied everything we needed for our beach vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves every day. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

This is our second year staying in this lovely home during the Daytona 500. The home is comfortable and feels like home. The host thinks of everything and made our stay memorable. We love sitting by the pool overlooking the waterfront! See you next year!

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a must we come back again.

The home was very nice and fit every requirement for our group stay. We were in town for a gold tournament. The only issues were 1) our door code would not work 2) the ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work 3) alarm chirped most of the night in the guest house but the maint fixed the next day 4) would have liked to know in advance that the only coffee maker was a Keurig style and not a carafe. Overall this was a good property and we would stay again.
