Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

Es un excelente departamento, muy limpio y ordenado con una ubicación increíble frente a la playa y en el centro de Art Deco, con muchos restaurantes, pubs, y vida nocturna que no interfiere con los horarios de descanso. Valerio es un excelente anfitrión con muy buena disposición, siempre respondió a nuestras preguntas con rapidez y tiene flexibilidad con los horarios de check in y check out. A modo de sugerencia, se podría incluir un pequeño basurero en el baño chico y disponer de más y mejores almohadas en las camas. En general, un buen departamento para vacacionar en familia o con amigos en South Beach.

Suzi’s efficiency apartment is basic and also comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs right out the backdoor, with complete access to walking in South Beach. It was a block and a half away from the busy Art Deco beachfront strand but surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The weather while we were, there could not have been better. The ocean was crystal clear and just the right temperature to be refreshing.

This spot was absolutely perfect for our 2 family baby vacation! Right in the beach, gorgeous view from the living room, and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Dawn and her team are fantastic hosts. They were very accommodating, proactive about instructions, and immediately responded to any questions we had. We will absolutely stay again in the future and can't wait to come back ❤️

We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

Feels like old Florida! The outdoor space and screened in porch are so great - perfect spot to watch the sunrise! And you are right on the beach!!! Walkable to many restaurants and feels very private compared to condo alternatives. House as described and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Otis's beach house was perfect for a relaxing vacation in FLL. Otis was an exceptional host providing excellent communication and instructions. The house is exactly as listed & described. The beds were comfortable. The house is a short 2 block walk to the beach in a quiet residential area. The beach is peaceful and was never overly crowded. I would stay here again during my next visit. Highly recommend booking!

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

I went to the wrong door, but Christopher came right out and showed us the right door and made sure our code worked correctly. I saw Amy when she came out to plant some seeds. She plants what butterflies like. Kitchen was well stocked. My friend said she would like it for a long term rental.

I definitely recommend staying at this house. It's beautiful just like in the pictures and it's clean. The location is excellent. Because of the big patio space, my kids also had a blast. As soon as I left, I started planning my next vacation here!

Denise is a great host! The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Every detail was well thought out. It was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Love, love, love everything about this house! Spacious, comfortable, indoor/outdoor living. Spent most of our time on the covered patio and in the pool, which also has a spa. Short walk to restaurants; the beach is even closer. Highly recommend!!

Great condo. Lots of space and clean. Responsive host. Beach gear. 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots to do. You can catch the water taxi across the bridge at the double tree. Pool was heated and relaxing in the afternoon. Will come back again. Thanks!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

This place was very comfortable and clean. The king size bed felt great and the bedside lamps were convenient. The kitchen was well set up and had 2 kinds of coffee makers. The two AC window-units were adequate and fans were available. The walk in closet had all kinds of linens and things for the beach. The bathroom was clean and the shower although not walk-in worked well. We would stay there again.

This was my first time using Airbnb and it was a great experience. Karen was wonderful to work with. She responds very quickly and was very helpful when I was having issues paying through Airbnb. We really appreciated that Karen provided a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

This place is wonderful! It was clean, with wonderful amenities - lots of coffee pods for the Keurig, plus thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and travel size toothpaste. LOTS of space for everyone for sleeping; comfy seating in den, kitchen table, and lovely setting to dine outside. Marilyn was very responsive. It was a great place and we loved it! Thank you!

Our stay at Eden by the Sea was perfect for a friends weekend. The beach and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-sea were a short 2 block walk. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. One of us slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. Having use of the beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Very convenient and safe. Thank you!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Marc´s apartment is located in one of the best areas of South Beach and the neighborhood is very family-friendly. Great restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The apartment is nicely decorated and offers everything you need for your beach vacation - umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, sand toys. The beds were very comfortable. Marc was always available, quick to respond and made sure we got a parking space for our oversized vehicle. We had a great time in South Beach, thank you Marc!
