Beau séjour chez Milena et Ariel :) Points positifs : - propre - quartier calme et sécuritaire - télé intelligente - lit et oreiller très confortable - douche avec très bon débit et pas de manque d’eau chaude - Bcp d’espace - Nous n'entendions pas les voisins du duplex à côté - Cour arrière complètement clôturé, très privé et super bien adapté pour les chiens - Près de tout les épiceries/magasin à moins de 5 min d’auto - Près de bcp de plages Points qui serait à améliorer : - La cour arrière manque d’aménagement pour avoir envie d’y passer du temps, il y a pourtant un très bon potentiel pour un bel aménagement ! - Drap de rechange pour le lit serait apprécié pour les plus long séjour - Avoir accès à une laveuse/sécheuse serait un gros plus Est-ce que je retournerais à cet endroit ? Oui assurément !

This was such a charming place in a great location with so many amenities offered. Every room was well decorated and comfy. There is also a great outside area to lounge. Overall, an amazing place for an amazing price and would recommend to anyone.

Great place, highly recommend!

My parents, husband, 2.5 year old son, and poodle all stayed here for a week in February and it was lovely. We wanted a place that had easy access to the beach and we felt (even with umbrellas, chairs, a 2.5 year old, etc. in tow) the walk was very doable and the beach itself was sleepy (which we enjoyed).

First off I want to start off how great the host communication was. She was a fast responder and very helpful with the things I needed to know. Her Airbnb was home welcoming. Check in was easy. She had everything in the house that you could think to need for a weeks stays. We purchased groceries for the house and she literally had every kitchen utensil that was needed. Laundry, plenty of towels and even beach items. The house was very clean, neat and roomy. Everything was nice and updated. I felt right at home. It was definitely worth the stay and very close to the things I had planned for the week. Thank you again Yenis.

Marja takes care of her guests better than any host I’ve ever experienced. She makes sure your trip feels extremely special - no matter the occasion. The unit is incredibly clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. Great location with airport just a few miles away. A new pool is currently being put into the backyard which will only make this amazing unit that much better. Would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a upgraded, clean, and comfortable unit that ensures stress free travel.

Emanuele was a great host. Super responsive to all questions. The house was clean with lots of amenities. The pool was very nice and heated, the outside sitting area was very comfortable with a screened in lanai which kept the insects out. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. Plenty of plates, glasses and towels for the bath. Overall an outstanding experience and would highly recommend.

I had an unforgettable stay at the Hollywood Beach Hotel! The sea view was breathtaking, and everything about the experience was amazing. The host, Laura, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our visit even more special. My partner and I truly enjoyed every moment. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with stunning views and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a place that could accomodate ourselves and our 2 adult children (29 and 26). This place was great for spending time together within the same space as well as individual time, each on their own space. It was the perfect balance. The apartment feels so homey, and the welcome message for me and my family on the living room was a very nice surprise. Nice decoration, very well organized,; I noticed the good smell and fragance of the towels and bedding. Smells clean! We rented a car and it was a plus that there is a reserved parking for the car. Very good location to move around. From and to airport, Miami Beach, Bayside Marketplace area . We had breakfast for 3 days and the kitchen has everything we needed. Definitely we recommend this place if you are looking for options different than a hotel room. The host is very responsive and provides clear instructions once the apartment is booked. You will not regret staying here!!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The location is great as it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, and only a 10-15 minute Uber or bike ride (you can rent bikes right down the street) to las olas so we felt like we got a little bit of everything! Ventura was so quick to respond. The staff within the facility were amazing and attentive as well. Our unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony had a lovely view, making it the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to the beach. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made this place feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Guido’s view was breathtaking. I could see the sunrise from the living area and/or the master bedroom. What stood out was the corner real estate. Your balcony was private and not shared by the new guest. Guido provided the starters such as toiletries, k-cups, trash bags, and the necessities. I forgot my blow dryer and one was there. The workers are the resort were professional and friendly. The location was perfect. I could walk anywhere and feel safe. The place was very clean. Additionally, If assistance was needed Guido answered immediately and so did the attendant at the lobby. I would stay there again and I will. Excellent host

My stay for the weekend was very pleasant and good other than the sheets being a little dirty. Upon arrival someone came out within an hour and switched them out other than that had a good time. The place is beautiful.

Really enjoyed the place. Great location, amenities and really liked everything being close by especially the grocery store within easy walking distance. Jon was a great and responsive host and we liked our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Brand New Condo. Great Hosts. The place is very nice and clean. The Hosts Attention to meet my needs felt more like high end Hospitality Service rather than just a place to stay and I give them 5 Stars. My 5 day stay here was much better than I expected: the Breakfast prepared by Chef Carlos is just Legendary: World Class. The Condo is very clean and extremely well kept. There's no question I'll try to book this place again. Thank you Chrys and Carlos for all your help.

Great stay

Carol has always been helpful from booking to checking out, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. we arrived very late in the evening, the check in was very smooth. The room and the entire home is super clean. We enjoy every moment here and will love to stay with Carol next time visiting boca Raton.

I cannot rate Doug's place highly enough. The location so close to Wilton Drive is something to write home about on its own, but Doug makes his property so much more than just a convenient location to stay. Doug's pre-check-in communication was thorough and informative, and he was very flexible about my arrival and only asked that I keep him updated if my plans changed. The check-in process was quick but thoroughly informative, both about the property and the surrounding area. It wasn't my first trip to Wilton Manors, so I already had my bearings, but Doug was happy to offer suggestions if asked. Finally, Doug's attention to detail in every aspect of the property left me pleasantly stunned. The property is neatly kept, and the rooms are immaculate. Doug provides a *thoroughly* stocked supply of beverages and snacks, including some basic breakfast options (and espresso, which was very much needed after a night on the town in Wilton Manors!). My only regret was that I didn't get to use the beautiful heated pool because the Florida weather decided to rain--a lot--in what should've been the dry season. Thankfully, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed (and more) to just relax and unwind before heading out on the town. Thank you so much, Doug, for the great experience, and I can't wait to stay again because I will definitely be back!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa nessa hospedagem! O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor e silencioso, com um quarto aconchegante, proporcionando todo o conforto que precisávamos. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte, estava sensacional! A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e simpática, fazendo de tudo para garantir que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei!

Can't say enough about Tony's place, and Tony as a host. The place itself is spotless and very impressively decorated, including beautiful tropical outdoor spaces. Groceries and restaurants are walkable nearby, and it was a short bike ride to North Beach, 20 minute Uber to downtown and Brickell. And as for Tony, he was friendly, gracious, and easy going, and his chef's breakfast option was simply amazing. Was wonderful to wake up to the smells of coffee and bacon being prepared - you will want to take advantage of this option! Hands down the best Airbnb experience I've had. I am a host myself and Tony has certainly inspired me to step up my game!
