This was just what we were looking for. A Hideaway that wasn’t kind of break the budget close to the beaches and shopping. A spectacular area of Florida. We will most definitely come back again. And Daniel was a fabulous host. Joanne Boca Raton, Fl.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza da Alex e Sofi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. L’unica pecca riguardava lo specchio, le porte e il pavimento che risultavano vecchi e rovinati. La porta aveva un chiaro segno di scasso e i vetri della porta del bagno e lo specchio erano macchiati e davano un’impressione di sciatteria. Non mi è molto piaciuto che si dovesse passare attraverso il ristorante per accedere alla camera ma forse è un aspetto comune a Miami beach. I letti erano invece commodissimi e molto utile avere a disposizione teli bagno e ombrellone. Ottima la pulizia anche se va prenotata giorno per giorno (non ho capito perché non si potesse prenotare all’inizio per tutto il soggiorno). Comodissimo anche il fatto che si potessere fare il check in a qualsiasi ora. Consigliatissimo!

I can't say enough positive things about Jill and her place. The location was ideal as it is a block away from beach access, set in a wonderful neighborhood to walk or jog, and walking distance to several restaurants and a Walgreens, etc. The backyard and pool area is the highlight- our own private oasis. It feels like you have your own little resort all to yourself. The tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees are very well maintained, thoughtful and add so much to the aesthetic experience of enjoying the backyard and pool. Jill was extremely responsive- even being overly flexible on check-in/check-out when we had issues with flights. She was kind and truly cared about our experience being fantastic. Definitely plan to come back !

We have stayed a many AirBnB’s. This one had a lot of privacy but also very close to the beach, sports bar, restaurant, and a convenient store with in 5 minutes walking. The pool was always warm even during the days when temperatures dropped below 50. Mike the gardener was great with the grandchildren and his dog show them tricks. When we come back to this area there is no need to look anywhere else.

Perfect stay. As described. Close to the beach and other recreational activities and restaurants etc. Terrific heated backyard pool and covered lounge with large screen TV. Excellent!!

The house was beautiful. Nice set up. Backyard was beautiful. Hot tub and pool great. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Small suggestion is more towels and washcloths. Some furniture in the bedroom that had 2 double beds. No place to put suitcases Maybe a dresser or or luggage racks. But that’s minuet. Stunning place. 2 blocks from the beach. Walkable. Lots of walkable places to go and eat.

Peaceful, private, great location. Everything a vacation should be! Mj was responsive for questions, though a few things were broken concerning the pool it didn’t inhibit the experience and he was quick to explain. Love the set up of the house- it is much bigger in person and very comfortable for our group. More than enough linens, fans, and even a crib + pack and play which was very handy for our two small children. Thank you! We would book again.

Fantastic Airbnb! The host Dan was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the neighborhood , it was great for taking strolls with my 2 year old. The backyard was like an oasis! We barely left the Airbnb it was soo nice!

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

It was a wonderful choice for our Thanksgiving stay. The outdoor area was fabulous. We enjoyed the heated pool and the location, with the beach nearby and the availability of walking paths to the lighthouse and to the pier.

We had a lovely stay! The home and outdoor area are both spacious and we found the house to be very clean when we arrived. The pool and view in the back are amazing - we may have loved the pool more than the ocean! For us, the ocean and many restaurants were easily walkable and the bikes were super fun for exploring the neighborhood. There were a few visible maintenance issues that I didn’t expect at this price point - this place could be perfect with some new outdoor chairs, replacing a chipped toilet, either removing or fully retracting the outdoor movie screen, etc.

Can’t beat the location close to the downtown area. Beautiful views with a great dock! The house was pristine. I’ll be looking to book this home again in the near future.

Feels like old Florida! The outdoor space and screened in porch are so great - perfect spot to watch the sunrise! And you are right on the beach!!! Walkable to many restaurants and feels very private compared to condo alternatives. House as described and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful house in a very convenient location and the host is very nice and professional. Our friends stayed here last winter and we liked it so much we booked it this winter. The house is exactly what you would expect from the photos. The location is perfect, it is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents one block off of A1A and two blocks from the beach. Access to a large public park with miles of trails for walking and biking is next to the house, we walked a few miles every morning. A number of great restaurants are within a 1 mile walk or very easy drive. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Pompano Beach house. It is in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is a gated community, safe, quiet, and peaceful. The house was spacious enough for 5 of us and has everything you need to feel comfortable and like at home. Overall, we were happy and loved our stay.

Jeff was proactive in reaching out. I had forgot to reserve a parking spot and he called me and got one for us before it was gone. He checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. His housekeeper Carmen was also checking on us. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, the Broadwalk, restaurants and fun activities. I rate Jeff’s place 5 star and above!!!! We will definitely return.

Wonderful place. Lots to do. Golf cart is truly amazing and useful. Pool is beautiful with hot tub! Surrounding the pool is great games area! Inside is clean and spacious. Great TV’s in every room. Kitchen spacious and comfortable. But the best of all is the host, … Chris is on another level. Kind, considerate, patient and helpful. Very quick responses! He truly made us feel that he was invested in us enjoying our visit! We will definitely return!

Our Family had an amazing stay! The house and lakefront was serine and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing and cooking with the family. The beds were SO comfortable that I had to peel the family out of them! South beach is an easy drive or Uber ride and on rainy days the Dadeland mall was a good spot to shop and walk around. This is such a family friendly location that is out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into the city and back. We can’t wait to visit again!
