Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Ana Maria is a very caring host and her apartment and garden is lovely. Will definitely come back. Thanks for an amzing stay

Barbara and MauMau (she’s a cutie) were great host. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience for the night. Would definitely recommend to others coming to LA. Will definitely coming back for the next trip to LA.

Kristi’s place is ideally located in the North End of Manhattan Beach, only a few blocks from the Strand (which we walked daily) and nearby multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is on the left hand side of the driveway (not in the garage) in front of the staircase going up to the unit. There is space for two other cars in the drive (as there are two other units in the building). The living room is a comfortable common area and the ensuite bathrooms provide some additional privacy when traveling with others (bathrooms are rather small but quite functional). Kitchen is very modern, clean, and well-stocked. One bedroom has a wall heater and portable space heaters (found below the TV) offer additional heat sources for the second bedroom and the living room as needed. Kristi’s place was very clean and quite charming and she was extremely accessible any time we had questions. We would definitely stay again and look forward to the opportunity.

Will was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful; but not overbearing. clearly communicating messages and very reasonable. place is a great studio for one person. neighborhood is up and coming, but very convineint location. Walkable and street parking available; also get tight at hight. Highly recommend Will

I am staying with Pam for the second year. She is a wonderful host, and her place is perfectly located for me. The decor is notably curated. The space is ideal for me. I am quite satisfied with the place and with Pam!

Bradley and his father Robert were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and were incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. Robert even gave us his personal recommendations for Manhattan Beach. The location can’t be beat and we truly can’t wait to go back and stay at this home again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

This place is absolutely stunning—far more beautiful than the photos can capture! It’s peaceful, inviting, and felt like home right away. The space was impeccably clean and smelled fresh, making it even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the Santa Monica bluffs. After a long day out, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Dawn was an incredible host, and I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

The condo was perfect for our stay. There were many sleeping options to accommodate all 5 of us. It was also nice to have gated parking. We enjoyed the Ms. Packman machine.

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

This place was perfect! We were attending an event nearby & it was a short walk. The views were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely book again.
