This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable stay and easy check in! Beautiful neighborhood in the hills, close to everything. I was in town seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl and walked there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Linda was very helpful and provided us with luggage storage after checkout. The place is clean and have all the necessities to have a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay! We booked last minute after another rental did not work out and could not have been more pleased. Vanessa was very responsive and proactive about making sure we had all of the instructions and were able to access the unit. It was a little complicated to enter because the house is kept very secure, but the instructions were completely clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect. We were close to everything in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach and not far from Santa Monica. It is a very walkable area with access to all kinds of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. We felt very at home and had all of the ammenties needed for our stay. The hot tub, yard, and back balcony provided the perfect respite and relaxation. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you Vanessa!

Easy check in/out, clean and spacious home! The master bedroom alone makes this booking worth it! We have a crawling toddler so having a clean and clutter-free space was amazing! The living room couch was our fav! Sooo comfy! Would definitely boook again. Thank you for everything!

Gabriel’s place was great! We had tickets to a show at the Pantages and were able to walk to and from the theatre! The place is very nice and was perfect for my group of people that went. Gabriel was very responsive and super helpful! 10/10 I would DEFINITELY book Gabriel’s place again the next time I wanna see another show!

Great stay! Katie was super clear and responded very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and was spacious too. The beds, in my opinion the most important part of an Airbnb, were great so we all slept very well. The unit is a short walk to spectacular sushi - Ikigai - amazing! We'll definitely be back!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean, very responsive and friendly hosts, and everything worked well. We cooked breakfast most mornings and cooked ourselves a steak dinner one night. We had everything we needed to make delicious meals. Lovely townhouse with enough privacy for all and private bathrooms. The property was located nearby Ralph’s and other restaurants. Super walkable to Chinese Theatre and other tourist sights. But still residential to make the area feel secluded from all the hustle and bustle. What made our stay perfect was the team managing our stay. They were friendly and proactive and always made us feel welcome. Would 1000% recommend to a group and family.

Very cute cozy place, my family and I enjoyed it very much. Checking in and out went smooth Kathryn was always attentive on any questions or concerns I had (which weren’t many). My favorite area would be the outside patio, perfect for an early morning coffee. I would definitely stay again on my next trip.

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

This is a great location! It is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and and really close to the beach and all kinds of other local attractions! The layout of the building is unique and very modern but cozy! Three stories with each story having a bedroom and bathroom with the second floor also having a very large kitchen and nice living room! The location is also right across the street from a great grocery store and many restaurants too! Hosts are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest this stay to anyone looking for a medium size Air Bnb for a much better than average deal!

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Universal Studios with 3 young kids. Short 12 min drive to Universal. We arrived for check-in very late at night so it was hard to see the gate keypads due to darkness (not the host’s fault). Otherwise check-in was a breeze. Included private parking a plus. The house was clean. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and shampoo/soap. Special mention to the beds which were very comfortable and cozy! The bedroom closets were stocked with extra bedding and pillows. Laundry was ready with detergent. We were out of the house most of the day so we didn’t utilize the kitchen much but it was clean and stocked with utensils and cookware. We really appreciated the available coffee which saved us a coffee run in the morning. Heads up: -Lots of stairs. Keep in mind for older guests/mobility limitations, or if a lot of luggage. -Area is a little sketchy but felt safe with the gate.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Everything was perfect. We had plenty of room and it was very convenient to Disneyland. Tim and Diane were both great! Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very clean and updated/renovated inside. Great for families going to Disneyland! About a 15 minute walk to get into the park, pretty quick and easy!

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.
