Kyisha and George are the best Airbnb hosts in PG County. The way they decorated and prepared their house made me feel like home the moment I stepped in. They are very responsive and I especially appreciate the clear instructions that they sent me on the day of the check-in. What a calm and peaceful private retreat! My fiancée and I spent a couple of days enjoying the brisk bay breezes and beautiful sunsets at Vickie’s. Everything was exactly as advertised and Vickie (and Scott) are true treasures—extremely responsive and thoughtful hosts who want you to have everything you need. Plus, their knowledge of the area gave us a great introduction to Leonardtown. So much more to the area than we thought! Whether birdwatching from “the best view on the block” or reflecting on the glider by the bay, we loved every moment of quiet and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

The location was beautiful and the home was very cozy. Sitting on the screened porch, reading and enjoying the view of the yard and water was good for the soul. It was very quiet and we had all the amenities we needed.

We spent a month in this apartment while waiting for our new home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It was spacious, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts. They were beyond amazing—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay. This place is tucked away and private, but also close to the action- plenty of restaurants, bars, and recreation. Park your car and walk everywhere. Don’t be afraid to bring your dog. This is a great spot for having adventures with your pup or for leaving them in the apartment for a bit. Space was clean and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and accommodating. We hope to come back.

We were very impressed throughout our stay. Aside from the luxurious amentities, the home was very clean, spacious and came fully equipped with numerous conveniences to help with our stay.

Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

Our family had great time staying here. It was clean with up to date appliances. House was large enough to fit 13 of us comfortably, with more space for much more people. It was nice exploring DC knowing that we had a relaxing place to rest after. Neighbors were friendly and house was right down the street from grocery store and about 25 minutes from DC. Ten minutes from the harbor. Our kids and my parents felt at home, and that was important for my siblings and I.

We had a great stay at Cameron’s home. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to spend a lot of time on back patio which felt like we were almost outside. Cameron was nice enough to let us check in early. Overall great time and looking forward to next time. Thanks again Cameron.

Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

We enjoyed this airbnb. I would definitely book again if available! The basement area was Perfect , nice yard . 10 mins from the harbor so many great fun things to do. Great airbnb.

Our stay was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever need. The house was clean and well stocked. The extra blankets on all the beds and couch were so comfortable that we ordered ourselves a few for home. The neighborhood was so friendly. Great experience and a wonderful place to stay.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

Good apartment. Comfortable, clean. "3 beds" includes a couch. We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Teens slept in bedrooms, adult on couch, all good although there were no sheets for "bed 3" (the couch), just a blanket we found in a closet. Neighbors are very active; someone seemed to be moving furniture all day upstairs until about 10pm but then quiet all night. Apartment is well equipped with towels, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Super clean. Location was perfect for my family's needs around S. Alexandria/Hybla Valley area. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy driving distance. Great AirBnB experience overall, would love to be able to return. :)

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Had an amazing beachfront experience! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic right on the water across from the small beach that is available and right on the boardwalk. We used this for a getaway with my wife, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony people watching and enjoying the beautiful view of the water. The owners were very responsive answering questions and the instructions to get in were very easy. We were walking distance from anywhere you would like to go- restaurants, Café, ice cream, the boardwalk, and the small beach on the bay right across the street. We were also a very short car ride or a bike ride away from another boardwalk on the bay and the Chesapeake beach Railway Trail through the marshes. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Decorations were lovely and everything felt brand new and spacious. There were two bedrooms and while we didn’t use one of them, the bed that we slept in very comfortable. We definitely recommend!

Emanuela is super responsive and helpful. Great location and fantastic value for a place to stay. It’s perfect for a place to crash while you’re out and about most of the time like I was.
