Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

I already find myself missing this wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The breathtaking view was a highlight, and it was such a pleasure to enjoy it from the spacious and lovely terrace. We also appreciated the excellent amenities, including the well-maintained pool and BBQ area, which added to our great experience. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your amazing place!

The condo was as advertised-lots of beach things to use (chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys), great kitchen with plenty of items for food prep, washer and dryer along with laundry pods available. Wi-fi worked very well to hook up multiple devices, and there were 2 televisions available as well. There was a pool, but it was across the street and did not always get full sun due to the surrounding buildings blocking the light. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

We chose Chris's place for the gorgeous view and nearness to the ocean. We were not disaeppointed; we spent all the time we were there, except for sleeping and showering, on the lanai, looking out on the ocean. We fell easily asleep to the sound of the waves. The sea breeze and the fans were sufficient to cool the apartment. When it was time for us to leave for the airport, we packed our car and gave ourselves some extra time to just sit on the lanai one last time, loving the view. I don't think I will ever forget it. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen and most appreciative. Beyond salt, pepper, and evo, there were spices and condiments, rice (and a rice cooker!) and soy sauce, and even some cocktail makings. The pots and pans and knives were excellent. It was no struggle at all to prepare meals and clean up with the help of a full-size dishwasher. An initial stop at a 24-hr safeway and one more trip were all we needed, plus a trip to an amazing fishmonger.

Betsy's place is truly a gem. Beautifully laid out apartment, easy parking and quite walk-able to local restaurants shops and amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked and she has laid lots of fun in the items. The balcony is a divine space to sit and watch dolphins and whales play, plus all the swimmers and outriggers getting their exercise. If you are lucky enough to get a reservation here - you will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to going back next year. Mahola

Absolutely everything you could need has been thought of for you and your family at Marta’s place! The view is incredible, the complex is gorgeous, the little smoothie/breakfast place just a building over (Green Flash) is awesome and everyone was so nice! I could not recommend this place for a couple or family stay more!!

Staying at Kona Magic Sands is just amazing! Abra’s unit is one of the best! Very clean and has everything we needed. We love have a unit with a lanai and this one did not disappoint. We love being able to just walk to the beach next door. Abra provided everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. I would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay! We also discovered the condo also has a couple of boogie boards and beach chairs as well as a small cooler - that was a great find. It should also be noted that the association is focused on being quiet and peaceful - no music and limited phone use on the Lanai's and public spaces - that was also really nice as you could focus on the waves and beautiful views. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME

Our stay was incredible. They had everything you could want or need. Beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear, water shoes, sand toys and so many beach towels. Our large group was comfortable and the home was spacious with many lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. We had the most wonderful relaxing stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

One of the most beautiful lanai we have been seen in Hawaii. I admire Mark and his family for keeping this place beautiful and tidy as it requires countless efforts.

Peter is very nice. Place is just as described. AC is great if you need it. Very nice stay.

Fantastic location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Sunset views were amazing. Master bed room was quite a bit more spacious than the other two rooms. Don’t expect any privacy with the other two rooms since it was only divided by a thin sliding door. Note for light sleepers, loud car noises throughout the night. The street is very busy, take care when entering and leaving the driveway.

Great place to stay, especially with little ones. Has everything you need for beach days. Hosts were accommodating, home was clean.

If you want a private quiet place to watch the ocean, this is the place for you. While there are other houses close by, the house is designed to give you privacy and it does. We could only hear the cars on the road if they were really loud. The master bedroom was the best though. The sliding glass doors opened all the way up and provided a gorgeous view. Great house, great location and i would love to be able to afford a house like this lol

The Pagoda House is a destination in itself! We explored the island from there, but also spent time just hanging out in the garden and pool. GORGEOUS! It was well appointed for our extended family gathering.

Beautiful home and location was perfect! Home is across from beach and we loved watching the surfers and snorklers as well as the amazing sunsets. An unexpected surprise was how much we enjoyed the outdoor shower. The home also had everything you would need for a day at the beach from boogie boards to beach chairs and towels. Would definitely stay there again!

...to plagiarize a comment I saw stated in another review: stop looking and book this place! This is the one! A+++ If you have found this option based on the criteria you think you need, there is likely no better place. The location is ideal. The view of the ocean & pool is incredible--the mesmerizing surf and scenery cannot be matched. A special note: This home provides three of the most comfortable beds that might exist within the Hawaiian Islands. Also--the front foyer is chock full of everything you need for beach fun... EVERYTHING...which was so helpful and reduced expense significantly. The efforts made by the host are very notable and appreciated. (I dig air conditioning--this place has it and it works wonderfully.) We hope to return to the Big Island and if we do this will be the first place we consider to stay again. This condo is close enough to anything and far enough away from everything--it will suit anyone...and really is a perfect vacation home. Mahalo!🤙😎

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as good and better than described. Very clean. Lots of towels for our 2 week stay. Easy walk to a good selection of restaurants and shops. Nice central location on the Big Island to use as a base to explore.

This place was perfect to stay at while we were there for my son’s tahitian competition. it had everything we needed while we were there. The only minor minor thing that was not mentioned was that there are 2 steps after you get off the elevator in order to access the front door, so if you have a stroller or wheelchair you do need to keep that in mind. but other than that stay was awesome!

Well stocked with beach toys, plenty of seating on the lanai, kitchen has all of the needed implements. We really enjoyed the ocean waves lulling us to sleep.

Terry’s condo was a perfect landing space for me while I was in Kona! It’s a safe, walkable and beautiful location! Parking is covered and easy and the facility is clean and comfortable. The backyard was a great spot to catch the sunrises and sunsets. The bed was comfy, the shower had great water pressure and it had all the amenities you would need to cook. I loved my time here and would recommend this space to anyone! Best suited for 2 people max. Thanks, Terry, for a wonderful stay! I had a blast!

Location! Location! Location! Being right by the ocean was incredible! The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Having access to a salt water pool was an absolute plus. Although the pool and hot tub were small, it was nice to take a swim and relax. The tide pools and beach were great for kids. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was just too short.

We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Marco. The condo was well equipped for cooking and relaxing. There were only two of us so we couldn't comment on the sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer were convenient and worked well. Marco always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The views out to the pool and shore were excellent.
