Amazing homestead with a view of K Bay to match! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayview Gardens and had 7 days of beautiful weather and even better fishing. Angie & Tammy were phenomenal hosts and helped make our stay one for the memory book. Can’t wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed staying in Beverly’s apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Spacious. Loved the little balcony. Great for lunch or having a glass of wine. Full size bathroom was nice. Small refrigerator and coffee maker were convenient. If more cooking is desired there is a nice setup in the common space. Beverly really made us feel welcome. Thanks!!

Terrific place in a great spot on the road to Homer Spit. Lovely quiet room with deck and access to the common room. Highly recommended. Added note: summer of ‘21 there was a food truck just down the road in Herb’s parking lot that had tremendous stuff. If you’re visiting Homer seriously consider Beverly’s. And if you like beer there’s a wonderful brewery about 100m away!!

If you’re going to Homer, do yourself a favor and book here. My wife and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved the place. The space is inviting and comfortable, the view is amazing and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring Homer and the surrounding area. We loved walking around the trails surrounding the property. Sandy and Billy are incredible hosts and gave us great suggestions on best things to do during our stay. We stayed a lot of places at various price points during our road trip to/around Alaska and this was by far the best cost:experience ratio we found. Definitely will be returning here on our next trip to Alaska

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was so comfortable and Melinda had thought of all our needs down to the sleep masks and ear plugs. I highly recommend her place for a trip to Homer.

Gorgeous location. Great view of the water, and mountains greeting you when you wake up in the morning. Beautiful backyard and a family of Sandhill Cranes to enjoy while sitting outside or relaxing inside! Highly recommend this location!!!

Shannon and Dylan did a great job with house and having a vacuum packer for the fish we caught. They cleaned out a space in their freezer, so we could use it. House perfect for 4 people, would be a little small for larger parties. Kitchen was huge with lots of seasonings and some extra canned goods, ample pots and pans. Washer and dryer was a big help. View couldn't be beat and very quiet location. If you like a private location, this is it.

Airbnb was relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were responsive with any questions we had and generous to loan us a bassinet to use for our baby! Full size kitchen with fridge and freezer offers plenty of room and makes you feel right at home. Bathroom is just as the listing shows! Sauna, shower, and bath tub setup provide a peaceful relaxing space!

Great location, hotel room, communication, and hospitality. Would stay again and recommend others.
