Tim's place was perfect for my family of 6. I am originally from Miami and now live out of state but needed a place to stay for the passing of a family member. This home was perfect for my wife and kids. Quiet neighborhood tucked away. Tim is very proactive. We did not have to reach out to Tim for anything because we had everything we needed. When I come home, the first place I will look is for Tim's place.

This place was great for our stay! We had so much room and the house was really close to a lot of stores so running and picking stuff up was super easy. We were also close to interstates to getting to other locations in Miami was pretty easy as well. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious.

This location was perfect. Very close to both the airport and the cruise port it was incredibly convenient. The house was exactly as described and as in the photos. It was very clean and well maintained. I will certainly keep this location in mind for my future travels to Ft Lauderdale.

Max provides a great place to stay. It is close to the major attractions of Miami and it feels so homey. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were super well stocked with anything you needed. We will be back to stay as we visit family in Miami often!

Kelly and Christopher's Airbnb was perfect. They are extremely responsive hosts. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The location was great, central to many Miami areas and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Each bedroom had a tv, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I recovered from surgery here and this was a comfortable place to do so. My only suggestion would be to add a shelf or two in the bathroom and maybe some hooks as well, as counterpace is limited.

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Jacomina and Pascal were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond in communication and hospitality. Our stay in the cottage was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, we all slept great, the space was beautiful and fresh, the kitchen was really well stocked, and the yard and pool were peaceful and tropical. They met us for check in and showed us everything we would need to know about the cottage and assured us they were always available for questions! I had groceries delivered and stocked using their add on service, which was really helpful for our family when breakfast came the next morning. Jacomina helped me use the laundry and responded to all of my questions. She and Pascal had all kinds of recommendations of places to go or places to eat. We also paid for later check out since our flight didn't leave til 8. I would stay here again. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is well maintained and cared for. The furnishings are nice, the apartment has high-end finishes and very clean. Kat, the property manager is extremely professional, responsive and accommodating. We had a last minute booking and she returned from having left for the day to accommodate us and it was very much appreciated. There are thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

This place was fantastic we did not wanna leave, felt right at home. Place was spotless rooms are beautiful. Very clean home. The area where the pool is at the floor is marble so it does not get hot, stays nice and cold awesome. The host responds to you right away asap ThankYou Desiree Viera

We had to book on such short notice due to a canceled flight and arrived late at night. The house was very clean and well-prepared for us. We really appreciated the host’s responsiveness, especially that late at night. I actually wished we could’ve stayed longer than just one day. The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the house is beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay. Exactly as described. We had issues with flights due to weather and she was very responsive and accommodating.

This accomodation is situated behind the house. It is a guesthouse. We stayed there for 4 days and we enjoyed it. Never seen the owners or haard them. Very quite ! It was easy to get in. Enough room for two people. TV was great. Enough to watch on tv. And there is AC. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and big enough. Takes a minute to get the the bathroom sliding door locked. Just turn it a quarter. The kitchen was fine too. Nice and clean. No complaints. Driving time to downtown Miami is 25 minutes depending on traffic. Guesthouse is 3 minutes away from I-95. Perfect.

Very beautiful home. Great heated pool! Pictures accurate. Great idea having water cooler for cold/hot water. Would come back again! (:

The place was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Although we did not bring our dog this time, it was definitely pet friendly. We had a little issue with ants, but otherwise the place was great!!

This place is excellent for a short stay. Very comfortable and quiet. There is a private entrance and parking available if needed. Wendy is amazing and quick to respond if you need anything at all. Would definitely book again.

My boyfriend and I are locals and we wanted a place to stay and watch the sunrise by the beach. Experience was perfect for us, location is walking distance to the beach, apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, bed was super comfy and location overall was in a perfect spot for parking. Definitely 10/10, we will be booking this apartment again and officially stared as a favorite.
