Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

We absolutely had the best time on our stay! The home fit our family perfectly, everything was so nice and organized. I was very impressed by all of the extra items she had such as pool toys, sand toys for the beach, lots of extra bedding and towels. Honestly our stay could not have went any smoother. We had family very close by as well so that was amazing. Location was also convenient as we are very familiar with new port richey. 100% we will be back again!

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

We enjoyed our stay at your Airbnb. The location is ideal - near to amenities (including Publix which is only 2 miles away), yet in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The bird sanctuary in the backyard was such a delight to watch, especially seeing the Wood Storks "shopping" for sticks for their nests and flying back and forth to build them. The backyard pool was relaxing and the temperature was perfect. The home has a very nice layout. Thanks again for a great Airbnb experience.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

Loved our time at this Airbnb! Michelle was a wonderful host – very friendly with excellent, clear communication. The house was great: spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. The location is perfect for exploring the river; we really appreciated having plenty of kayaks and lifejackets on hand, making trips to the springs super easy. If you like to paddleboard, you will need to bring or rent your own because that is the one thing they do not provide. The highlight for us was definitely the screened porches and patio overlooking the river – the best spot for morning coffee. Highly recommend!

Ronald’s place was homey and comfortable! There were lots of nice touches, including toiletries and coffee. The place is quiet and the beds are comfy.

We felt right at home! The kids loved the pool, games and art desk. It was close to shops and a good central location for us to explore Weeki Wachee Springs, Crystal River, Clearwater Beach, etc. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

We had a great stay everything was as described in listing the shower is amazing love having a fenced backyard for my pup. Lori is a great host. Would love to come back and visit soon.

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Extremely clean, very easy check in, back pool area was even better than the pictures in person... Beautiful space, so convenient to the river and local restaurants. Was really cool to be able to take the golf cart!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We frequently stay in this area and this house has taken the top spot. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Every little detail was thought of!

Met our needs and expectations. Clif was responsive once we were there, but he missed an email shortly after we booked causing a minor issue. Clif told us to let him know if we needed anything and I did make a couple of suggestions on items for the kitchen if you cook while staying there. It was stocked well enough for what we cooked. If we need to visit relatives again in the villages, we will certainly look to stay here!

My brother and I stayed at Sheila’s place to visit our dad who lives in The Villages. We had a great stay at her house. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, has a gorgeous and large yard with lots of relaxing seating area, and Sheila was great to communicate with. Thanks for hosting us!

Rented for Springbreak trip and had a fantastic stay! The house was so cute, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home—even the things we forgot to pack. The décor was charming and made the whole space feel really warm and welcoming. It was also really clean. We loved using the bikes and kayaks. The tunnels were just a short paddle away, with crystal-clear water and we found manatees every single time we went out—such an unforgettable experience. The location was also perfect for visiting Homosassa Springs State Park and exploring the area. I highly recommend— plan on visiting again!

Great place for my husband and I to stay for the Renaissance Festival in Dade City. Very peaceful and super cozy. Perfect for us or family.

The house was clean. I don’t give it five stars as there was dirt under the couches. We were a little confused about where to pick up our resident cards but everything else was communicated well.
