Wir haben uns in Rebecas Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wie beschrieben, hört man am frühen Morgen (insbesondere im Schlafzimmer neben der Küche) laute Schritte und Geräusche von oben, was für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf möglicherweise nicht so angenehm ist. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal, um Big Island zu entdecken und wir schätzten, dass sie in einem ruhigen Quartier lag. Danke nochmals, Rebeca!

Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at Vlad and Maile’s place! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Big Island who will be spending time in Kona or Captain Cook. The house itself was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, even better than we had expected from the pictures, and the view from the deck was incredible. We loved spending time out there at any time of day but especially admiring the sunsets over the bay. There’s plenty of great food, coffee, and beaches close by that we enjoyed discovering, and we really enjoyed the snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay especially. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. The family was also super sweet. They made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and remained friendly, communicative, and helpful for our entire stay, going out of their way to help if we needed anything, and being very gracious with us when we made mistakes. Looking forward to staying here again next time we’re on the Kona side!

This place was great for our 3 day stop in Kona. Beautiful setting and just right for two people. The owners also offered and made us fresh homemade lei's that were beautiful. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a Wyndham resort and they do invite you to listen to their timeshare spiels but they didn’t hound us about it, it is a nice location with plenty of room, much more room than other places if comparable prices. Clean and as described

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Felt right at home. Could spend all day happily lounging on the lanai gazing at rainbows over Kealakekua bay.

This was a great place to retreat to after fun days exploring the Island! Easy to find, conveniently located near the airport and not far from Kona town but away from all the hustle and bustle. We appreciated all the beach gear including a cooler, it made our days much more fun and convenient to pack familiar picnic foods for our kids. We all slept well here.

This spot is not only gorgeous (think oceanview sunset) but also luxurious. Newly renovated, extra comfy couch and a projection TV. All within about a 7-min drive to the airport. Would stay here again to be sure.

This was quite a charming place with supportive hosts. We enjoyed the frog song but some may find it loud. The property is rich in design elements and immersing you in the out doors. Local recommendations and flexible hosts made for an overall good experience.

Honu House was by far the best Airbnb experience our family has ever had! The house was unbelievable, honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. Paul was the most responsive host, even while being in Thailand! Ang questions we had, were answered immediately; and he would provide recommendations proactively. The kitchen is fully stocked, the backyard was a dream. I would go out of my way to book with Paul again. You won’t regret booking the Honu House!

I enjoyed staying here. The airbnb itself was very nice, spacious bedrooms, very cute decor, modern, and nicely stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. The area was fine. It was always a 20-30 min drive to most things and you can't walk the airbnb too much. Also note that since this is in the mountains, it's cooler and rains a bit more.

What a fantastic spot. We stayed there for 3 weeks with my folks and our newborn and it was the perfect accommodation. Only 5 mins to downtown Kona via car and a good area to walk around without the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for those looking to live like a local for an extended stay but also have the option to hop down and be a tourist for an evening.

We had a wonderful stay in this very private secluded location with great views and sunsets. It was peaceful yet within 15 min of town and activities. We spent a good amount of our time on the covered porch-such a delight to hear the birds, frogs and feel the cool breeze- it was always about 10 degrees cooler than town. Only caution is to make sure stove fan is on before cooking, the smoke alarm is very sensitive. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as good and better than described. Very clean. Lots of towels for our 2 week stay. Easy walk to a good selection of restaurants and shops. Nice central location on the Big Island to use as a base to explore.

This place was perfect to stay at while we were there for my son’s tahitian competition. it had everything we needed while we were there. The only minor minor thing that was not mentioned was that there are 2 steps after you get off the elevator in order to access the front door, so if you have a stroller or wheelchair you do need to keep that in mind. but other than that stay was awesome!

Terry’s condo was a perfect landing space for me while I was in Kona! It’s a safe, walkable and beautiful location! Parking is covered and easy and the facility is clean and comfortable. The backyard was a great spot to catch the sunrises and sunsets. The bed was comfy, the shower had great water pressure and it had all the amenities you would need to cook. I loved my time here and would recommend this space to anyone! Best suited for 2 people max. Thanks, Terry, for a wonderful stay! I had a blast!

It was comfortable and cozy, like coming to a family home. The well-equipped kitchenware, washing machine, and dryer were like a booster for my trip. (I could find many elements that showed the host's delicate consideration in the kitchen and bathroom.) In addition, the cute artificial plants, Hawaiian home accessories, and paintings differentiate the accommodation from other Airbnbs. I was happy to be able to stay in this accommodation.

Great location and ocean view is cherry on top. Very central and walkable. Unit was great, tidy and functional. Host was available for any concerns and requests and very helpful with tips for the area.

We stayed 4 nights at Ronissa's place on our trip to Kona. The place was as described and very nice to have a dedicated parking spot. There were plenty of towels, decent snorkel gear, and the AC worked great. Very nice to have beach chairs available!! It is up a bit of a hill, so be warry if you are trying to walk a ton of places. Definitely do-able, just keep in mind for kids and older adults, walking may not be the best idea. There is a free parking lot at the bottom of the hill that we were always able to find parking at to walk around the downtown area. Ronissa was very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly, and provided excellent check-in instructions ahead of time so we had no issue getting inside and settled. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

Janell was a great Host! Super Easy to communicate with and she provided a great place to stay in Kona. Walking distance to everything and beautiful views! Would highly recommend her place in Kona for a guaranteed great stay!

The condo was very well equipped ......all beach gear you could need for sure . Also the fridge had all condiments and sauces as did the spice cupboard . Garbage bags , food wrap , storage containers etc...Come here first before you go to the supermarket on arrival or you will duplicate what is here ! Lots of parking . A/C worked flawlessly . Never heard the neighbours . Beautiful view ! Leonard even set us up to watch the Four Nations Cup when we couldn't get it . We were here a month and can honestly say we couldn't have found a better place to stay . I hope that when we come back to this beautiful island that we can stay at Leonard's place again !
