My daughter and I had a delightful stay, extremely peaceful and unplugged. If you’re looking for a natural, undisturbed Caribbean location right on the beach, this is for you. If you’re looking for big condos, huge all inclusives-this is not for you. You will have anything you want immediately, you’ll have basically your own concierge team taking care of you within minutes of asking. Trish is spot on along with Capt. Ron and Melvin who cooked us a fabulous meal and took us fishing. The beds are so comfortable and I fell asleep in minutes (and I usually don’t sleep well). Very well appointed bedrooms. From pick up to accompanying us to a last minute charter flight and not worry about all the logistics, their team was seamless! Definitely provision your food. We ran out of wine but had to go to town anyway, so you can get more there. Neptunes is a great place. Bring a combination of Sawyer Maxi Deet and Picaridin, bring light long pants and tops if you’ll make a fire at night. 10 stars!!

I have a business's trip to La Ceiba and Ivy's place was just the perfect place to be at. The house is clean and very well organized. My Fav place was the Terrace..beautiful views and it has everything you need to feel in a resort. Great architecture. Definitely recommend for the perfect vacation plan with family and friends. A lovely retreat located just out of the town, but walkable. Beautiful seafront location and responsive host. Trees need trimming to reveal the sea view, and if you fill the place, you might need more crockery etc. From our experience of Tamara, this would be quickly sorted though.

Life’s a Beach is a great house! We’ve stayed there on two different occasions. It’s a great location and has a lovely deck right on the beach. The rooftop deck is beautiful for sunsets and we love having the outdoor shower as well.

Very comfortable and clean house. Just 100 ft. from the ocean and right by some of the best snorkeling. The property manager, Luke, was very helpful.

Wow! This place is amazing! I love the house, this house is better, more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was so clean, nicely decorated, so much space, the pool was a huge hit for my 7 year old kid. I love absolutely everything about this house! Manny was very responsive and helpful. He answers almost immediately to any questions we had. Super polite, respectful, friendly.. amazing host! The only thing that was not a big deal to us, but might be for other people, is that the beach is not the best, in order to go to the best beach, you must take a water taxi to West Bay (by Infinity Bay). It’s very close but it’s $5 per person, per ride. However, if you want to enjoy a peaceful, quiet place, this is the place! We left this morning and I already miss it!

Disclaimer: we actually stayed at the house next door so this is not representative of this exact listing. However, what I can share about it is that the surroundings are extremely beautiful and quiet even if just off the main road. A manager is available in case you might need anything. And most importantly the house was extremely well equipped and I can assume this might be the case for all of the listings from the owners, better equipped than my own place. Overall, great place to stay.

Jenny nos respondía con mucha rapidez, igual que la encargada del lugar, Alejandra. Gracias por sus atenciones y definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar en el alojamiento.

We had a really nice family time during our 5-day stay! The house had everything we needed—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We truly had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway.

Wonderful oasis up on the hill near Sandy Bay. Fantastic views from every room in the house and the outside areas are wonderful. We loved having the pool to float in and cool off. The villa was very well stocked and had almost everything you need . The only thing would be if there was a kettle and more toilet paper (but we had already read about that so we brought some extra with us). I would suggest getting the A/C to keep you cool at night but the fans throughout the house helped keep things comfortable. Location is great - close to lots of great restaurants and not too far from the popular tourist locations. The drive up the hill is pretty daunting at first but once you are used to it, its not so bad. Would definitely recommend this villa!

This was an amazing place to stay. My 6 girls lived the pool and how close the beach was. We felt very safe and every one was very friendly. Brenton is a fantastic host. With lots of information and communication was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. We will be back!

Had an amazing stay. We booked 2 villas- both were beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff was really responsive and kind. Restaurant and cafe were good. Great location between both West End and West Bay.

I absolutely loved this gorgeous home 🥰 came to search for homes to purchase in Roatan with my family and we just fit in the home like a missing puzzle piece. It was also easy to access without assistance and check out as well. You will wake up peacefully to beautiful views and sleep like a rock! kids loved it too. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay and enjoy diving the West End. Easy 5 minute walk to all dive shops and restaurants. Beautiful property and neighborhood. Felt safe and in paradise. Will arrange all my dive trips to Roatan around the availability of the Almond Tree house.

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

Dwayne was very helpful and friendly at check in, and the house and property were as described. We stayed with our two boys (10, 12) and felt safe with the locked gates. Bed was comfortable and the boys reported that both futons were very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed being able to use the kayak and SUP. Killer beachfront sunset views right from the porch! Washing machine was a definite plus when traveling with kids. Easy walk to the excellent 314 for coffee or Dragonfly Sushi. Would recommend staying here!
