Fatima and Tirza were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with anything we might need, available on chat, and Tirza lives right in the area. They picked us up from the airport and returned us to the airport at the end of the stay. They gave us lots of recommendations about where to go. The condo is spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. Simple comfortatable place with new quiet air conditioners. Walkable to West End, it's a bit of a walk up the hill, about 10 minutes, but you get a chance to walk off your last meal and get your steps in. Thank you very much Fatima and Tirza!

This condo met my family's needs during our diving trip. The owner helped me connect with her property manager, and she in turn coordinated transportation for us (a) from the airport to the condo with an intermediate stop for groceries and (b) from the condo back to the airport at the end of our trip. The owner was flexible about our check-in time, and the property manager met us upon arrival, ensuring that we had access to the condo and were familiar with all of its resources before she departed. The upstairs neighbors sprang into action when we had a WiFi problem, and they helped ensure that we were able to access an alternate WiFi source. We only used the AC in the two bedrooms at night, and we ended up paying an extra $25 in electricity charges for our 5-night stay in early April. There's ample cross-ventilation during the daytime when the doors are open. The condo's location makes for a safe and peaceful environment that's a short walk to restaurants and dive centers.

Excelente ubicación en una zona segura y con mucho comercio, hay muchos restaurantes. El departamento se siente nuevo, con todas las comodidades necesarias, la anfitriona fue muy amable, me recibió y me dejo instrucciones de salida claras. Muy recomendable

Beautiful home in a great location! Short walk to the beach and West End. Stunning views of the ocean. Huge and beautiful pool. Fully stocked kitchen, and so nice to have washer/dryer. Highly recommend. My only feedback is that they provide more precise info on how to access the place. We arrived at night and it took a bit to figure out where the driveway was (behind the building, steep with tricky switchbacks), as well as where to park and how to access the actual condo. So make sure to ask for precise directions based on whether you are arriving by foot or by car :-)

My families stay at Reef16 was an absolute wonderful experience from start to finish! The communication was great on the lead up to our visit (note that you'll be asked to fill out info on a second portal to finalize the booking). Bill connected us with Ramona, the property manager, who greeted us at the unit for check-in and was available to answer any of our questions throughout the trip. She was awesome and a great help! She also connected us with Jaime for airport transport who was super fun and energetic. The place itself was spectacular!! The penthouse is so well designed and everything feels brand new. The kitchen and cupboard are well stocked, the coffee machine is great, and they provide lots of beach towels and helpful mugs to take down to the pool. The views from the wrap around balcony are stunning and so peaceful. The location is tucked away in a private area, but still very close to all the great restaurants and bars on the main street. We loved every part of it!

Great place. Mellisa recommendations were awesome! We had a great time and would love to go back someday. Jacksons dive shop is a 1 minute walk up the road. They were fantastic. Mellisa also recommended a driver, Marco. He was the best and we never needed a rental car.

Caroline has been the best host we have EVER had from Airbnb. From local recommendations to island directions and everything in between- Caroline should teach an Airbnb class on customer service. We will seek out properties that Caroline oversees just becasue we know what we are getting with her. There are no surprises with her. She made our experience amazing. The property was also just as described. Beautiful on the inside and out... perfectly pristine with wonderful surroundings. It's a mere walk to West End there is plenty to do in the area. HIGHLY recommend this property AND Caroline. What a gem! We will be back!

Monica was a excellent host. She definitely went above and beyond with her communication. She was on point. The apartment was amazing, it made feel like if I was at home and with the amenities the condominiums had made it even better. I really recommend Monica Alejandra as host with her apartment you will not regret it.

Excelente ubicación si tienes que hacer un trámite en la embajada americana, ya que por su cercanía puedes irte caminando, el apartamento es tal cual en las fotos, todo bien organizado y ordenado, volvería sin pensarlo

I honestly enjoyed every bit of my vacation here at her home. They had everything you needed the house. The view was beautiful. My family was very excited. It was breathtaking if you are questioning whether to rent this place look no further this is where you need to be at beautiful, that’s all I can say!!
