This was our first Airbnb experience and it was everything we hoped for and more! Cheryl was very flexible, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs with places to eat, coffee, and explore. The place was clean and had all amenities you need to make dinners and relax with the family. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

my brother and I stayed at Joni's place for 3 nights. Joni was so kind with a welcome note and a bottle of wine. The house is well equipped and much larger than I anticipated. The location is terrific in easy walking distance of restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay and found everything we needed for the month. The kitchen was especially well stocked with items for those who cook. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus for our long stay. We were close to walking trails, necessary stores, and restaurants. We would stay with Alicia again!

The place was clean,well stocked with dishes, coffee, creamer. Communication was fast and addressed our needs efficiently. Will be staying again!!

We stayed here for my cousins wedding and the location was absolutely perfect! I grew up visiting Canandaigua and you can’t beat being right off main st. Would stay here again!

We stayed at Brian’s place around this same time last year. The cottage has everything you need and Brian is a great host, hence why we came back! We have nothing but good things to say and could go on and on. Beautiful view, plenty of amenities offered such as the grill, fire pit, kayaks, plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer access, etc. When we come here it’s like we never left. We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

Josh’s place is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The lake is amazing. The house is fully stocked with supplies which me and my family really appreciated. My family all enjoyed staying there and Josh was so helpful with all the information about the house before we checked in. I would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants too.

Beatriz’s place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. We definitely recommend this place.

Alecia’s place was exactly as described and was perfect for our girls weekend! The basement was a great area for playing board games on the large table and watching movies on the sectional. The hot tub was a very nice amenity and was one of our main draws for staying here. Everything functioned properly and it was very relaxing. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and we did not have any issues!

Brennan was very responsive to our sudden need for a place to stay - and had the house available within a few hours of booking. The house has a great kitchen and living room area, and the bedrooms (3 bedrooms - 1 master w/ private bath, 1 queen bed, 1 with 2 twins) were all ready for anything we threw at them! The kitchen was stocked, the laundry availability was great - we came in the winter time (for work) and are already thinking about booking time this summer to do the lake experience correctly! Uber wasn’t readily available at this location, but there are private ride services available from the local bars, and it’s also easily walkable to the downtown Penn Yan area within about 15 minutes if you’re looking for some exercise! We loved the experience and will be back!

This home was exactly as advertised, absolutely spotless, in a great location for exploring the finger lakes, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We both said we'd love to come back and stay again during another season. In mid-March, we were able to watch the ice on the lake break up and some waterfowl dive underneath the cracks in the ice to find food.

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

This was the perfect house for a large group - great common area, large driveway for multiple cars, and great bedroom space. Everything was so easy to find and truthfully had everything you could need.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The space was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed sitting back and drinking a glass of wine by the indoor fireplace. We struggled a bit with the WIFI connection at times, but other than that there were no issues! The location of this spot was perfect for us to explore our favorite places on both Keuka and Seneca Lakes. John left a great guide of local places and things to do in the area. We didn't get to explore the walking trails around the house but definitely want to do that when we stay here again. John was very responsive and gave clear instructions on everything. The place was just wonderful - it was the perfect quick getaway, and we would love to return sometime soon!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.
