Joy has been nothing but helpful and kind. The place is really close to 합정station, the area is quiet and I was able to rest here. However, I wish there was more security facilities as the door can be opened from outside as long as you have password. Extra locks would be highly appreciated as a solo female traveller. Be aware that the floor has heating, so...avoid keeping your skincare etc inside the suitcase during your stay otherwise they will get heated up. Otherwise it has been absolutely a nice place to stay

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

It was my third time booking one of Ys’s apartments and as usual I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay! The apartment has an amazing location (in between Hongik Univ. Station and Sinchon Station) and is more than enough for short trips if you travel alone! In addition, Ys is always very reactive and kind and I’m very grateful for their hospitality! Will definitely come back next year!

The location itself is very strategic, near to subway station and bus station. Most importantly there is a lot convenient store and restaurant nearby, it took us some time to go into the building but thanks for the check in guide form host, we checked it very smoothly. The water pressure is slightly low, but not affect we still get hot water every time we shower.

집이 밝고 해가 잘들어서 지내면서 기분이 좋았습니다. 단열이 잘되고, 동네가 조용하고, 온수가 잘 나와서 쾌적하게 잘 쉬었습니다.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

High floor with beautiful WOW views of the river both in daytime and night scenery. Recommended for the affordable price owner set for guests. Location was good near to station and tourist spots. Place was clean and amenities provided. Owner was kind and proactive in providing instructions for smooth check in.

취식이 안된다고 해서 조금 걱정했는데 바로 앞이 편의점이고 주변에 식당이 많아서 전혀 걱정할 필요가 없더라고요. 24시간 편의점이라 정말 편리했습니다. 식당이며 카페도 맛있는 곳이 많아서 좋았구요. 공간에 대해 말하자면 창틀에도 먼지하나 없이 깨끗해서 너무 좋았고, 인테리어나 배치가 너무 예쁘고 편안했습니다. 조명에도 쌓인 먼지가 하나도 없다고 일행들이 다 감탄했을 정도입니다. 침대도 말할 것 없이 편안했고 전기장판이 있어서 추위를 타는 일행이 편안하게 지냈습니다. 구석구석 콘센트가 많아서 핸드폰을 충전하기도 아주 편리하고 좋았습니다. 주문진에 온다면 또 이곳으로 올 것 같아요.

너무 이쁘고 깨끗해요! 숙소 고를 때 청결이 제일 중요한 사람인데 향기도 좋고 식기류나 침구류도 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 이번 여행 강릉이 엄청 추웠는데 들어가자마자 훈훈 따듯해서 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 너무 기분 좋게 보내고왔습니다 ! 다음에 강릉가면 또 가고싶은 곳입니당

We highly recommend this apartment! It has everything one would need and is exactly as described as well as clean. The housekeeping instructions/rules were clear and easy to follow. The location is nice too, it‘s a quiet corner in a nice neighbourhood yet very close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, markets, etc. And most importantly, Sulin is a wonderful and kind host. She provided a stress-free check-in and out process. The communication was good and she kindly helped with any questions we had. We would definitely book this again if given the chance!

숙소 정말 편안하고 아늑하고 좋았어요 바베큐 즐길 공간도 충분하고, 욕실이 예뻐요 침구 수건 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했어요. 거실에 식탁도 있고 잘 정돈된 별장온 느낌! 호스트분들도 다들 여유로워보이시고 잘 즐기고 쉬다갑니다. 아쉬운 점 하나 있다면 잠금장치가 허술해서 잘못 닫으면 그냥 열어도 열어지더라구요 1층에 호스트분 계시긴 하지만 아무래도 좀 불안할 수 있겠다 싶습니다! 그거 외엔 다 너무너무 좋았어요 또 오고싶어요!

아늑하고 편안한, 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 속초애 자주 오는데, 복잡한 해변가나 청초호 주변 말고 번잡하지 않은 곳을 찾던 저에게 너무 좋은 곳이었습니다. 무엇보다 위치와 뷰가 최고! 등대 해변 1분 거리, 영랑호 산책로가 걸어서 3분 거리, 창밖으로 바다가 꽉 차게 보이고 파도 소리가 들리는 완벽한 위치입니다. 호텔보다 에어비앤비 좋아하시는 분, 조용하고 아늑한 숙소 좋아하시는 분, 창밖 뷰 보며 멍때리기 좋아하시는 분께는 최고입니다. 주변이 관광지보다 현지인 거주지 느낌인데, 근처에 맛집, 카페, 편의점 등 대부분의 편의시설은 도보로 갈만한 거리에 다 있습니다. 건물 자체는 오래되었지만, 이 집은 리모델링하셔서 인테리어, 침대, 욕실, 주방 모두 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. (사진에도 나온 액자가 포인트!) 식기, 슬리퍼, 화분 , 책 등에서도 호스트분의 센스와 정성이 느껴졌어요. 주변 맛집, 카페도 자세히 알려주시고 문의사항애 친절히 답변해주셨습니다. 조만간 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

The place looked really nice, easily accsible to the rest of the city via bus stops or even walking. Would book here again if I had the opportunity to visit Sokcho again

It was the perfect place for us to stay in Seoul and Ingi a very good host. Very nice location, good to reach from the main station and to discover the city. Confortable appartement with lovely roof terrace.

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

역에서 가깝고 건물 및 주변 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 집은 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있으며, 호스트 분도 아주 친절하셔서 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 기회가 되면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
