First time visiting Kauai and it was a great experience. Really appreciative of all the proactive communications before the stay.. answered all of my questions before I had them. We were also excited by all of the beach gear that made a visit to the sand a simple and fun affair. Well done!

Joe was a fantastic host, very responsive, with great local tips. Really made us feel like “Ohana”.

It is a beautiful location. I was very happy to just sit on the lanai and enjoy the amazing scenery. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. There's access to both a beach and a large pool. They even have a small sand section of the pool that was ideal for my granddaughters ages 1 and 2.

My brother and I spent 9 nights in Bruce's cottage and can't imagine staying anywhere else WHEN we come back to Kauai. The home felt very private, even though on the farm property. I've seen other reviews mentioning ants, but they were a very minor issue, just keep the kitchen clean and you won't see them! We loved the geckos, they are so harmless and will even pose for up close pictures! You'll get used to the roosters, they are everywhere on the island, just bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Bed's were cozy, King in the bedroom as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Showers were great, a spacious indoor shower and a great outdoor shower as well. We took advantage of Bruce's rental car. Very well kept and clean SUV. Cheaper than a rental and Bruce provided pickup & dropoff services at the airport. Lastly, we played in 2 "farmball" games on the Fridays. So fun! All the players were so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo Bruce

This place is perfect for exploring the North Shore! We loved the refreshing plunge pool after a day at the beach!

Amazing location! Gorgeous ocean view from the cottage. Just steps away from the spectacular Waimanalo Beach. Small but with all the basic necessities. If you’re seeking a Four Seasons experience, this isn’t it. If you want a quaint stay on one of the most incredible beaches on the island, this is it.

OceanView, steps to beach, upgraded modeling, friendly neighborhood. Will surely come again! Just one advice: Street parking is all good, except don't park at the corner spot. :)

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Kauai Palms, a cozy and comfortable studio cottage that was perfect for my trip. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was super convenient—close to restaurants and just about a mile walk to Harbor Mall, which made exploring the area easy. If you’re looking for a simple, comfortable, and well-located stay in Kauai, this is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Ellen’s really could not have been better. We loved her beautiful home and enjoyed feeling a part of the Kapa’a community. Access to the beach was simple—we went multiple times a day. It was so nice to meet and chat with her. She thought of all the details for our stay. We really had everything we needed and more. We’d definitely come again and maybe rent both her homes next time! Micco is the best, a great host and a wonderful place to stay. Our 2nd year in a row here and we love the privacy and the location that is walking distance and convenient to both the beach and town. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded my expectations. Not only is the unit exactly as pictured, but the bed was so comfortable. Additionally, before booking, none of the comments made this clear. Not only is it a private beach, but it’s totally swimmable. We’ll book again on our next trip to the North Shore!

Cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach that was great for walking and sunset viewing. Great location for exploring Waimea Canyon and South / West shore. Cottage had ample space for family of 4 - lanais on 3 sides with glass doors for light and fresh air. Host was welcoming, responsive and provided great local recommendations for activities and dining.

Great place to stay in Princeville! You could hear the ocean from the home and great home for the price. Would recommend their place.
