We just had our third stay at this house. It’s so perfect. The lanai is heavenly, the house spacious, and the proximity to beaches and trails is great. Laura is super helpful and friendly.

Steve's Poipu home is simply amazing. It's one of the best beach locations I've ever stayed in. A quick walk gets you to a perfect boogie boarding beach and a beach where the turtles sleep every night. We also saw lots of whales, monk seals, and pods of dolphins! A great sit down restaurant, deli, and Puka Dog are almost next door, along with a surf shop to rent equipment and do a little shopping. I can't recommend Steve's place enough!

It was our first time in Hawaii for my family. The house was beautiful clean and we felt at home. We will stay there again next time we visit!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

We had an incredible time in this unique, beautiful house. We stayed with our family of 5 and had plenty of space for all of us. Loved being so close to the end of the road and felt remote and secluded, while Hanalei was a short drive away. Loved being able to walk across the street for beach sunsets and coffee at The Hanalei Colony Resort. We absolutely will be back!

Our supper host had it all covered, up to the smallest details such as having extra item to make you feel right at home by going above and beyond as to providing accessories for the beach, extra qqblankets, towels, etc... All was wonderful and comfortable for my family.

Cannot say enough good things about this house! The house itself is wonderful. Well designed, spacious, has everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, it fit our party of 9 (5 adults, 2 kids, 2 babies) no problem. The lanai and pool were wonderful, and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor showers were such a fun bonus! The neighborhood is great and peaceful, very close to the princeville shopping center and close to beaches, and a great kids playground less than 10 min walk away. Kevin and Lisa were very responsive and helped us enormously with an emergency situation and rebooking. Incredibly nice people. You will not regret staying here!!

We had the best stay here! We had 7 adults and 2 two year olds and the space was perfect for all of us. The house is exactly as pictured, the yard is beautiful. We loved the outdoor shower! It was about a ten minute drive to Hanalei Bay which was a perfect beach for toddlers to play in the water and amazing scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Yoni was a fabulous host and we loved our stay. It is a unique situation because you are at a Condo resort but it is Yoni’s AirBnb. His condo location within the building appears to be interchangeable based on what the resort has available. It is important to point out that there is a note at the bottom of his listing that says the room will be just as described or a similar layout. Our layout met our family’s needs perfectly. I wasn’t always sure who to communicate with so I just asked Yoni my questions directly. He was quick to respond and very helpful. The location is awesome! In the heart of Waikiki. We loved that our parking was included in our same building. The condo was clean and had beautiful views. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer at the end of the hall. $4 each cycle. The pool, jacuzzis and playground were perfect amenities for our kids. We highly recommend staying at Yoni’s Airbnb! Thank you Yoni for a great stay!

The location of this condo along with the views, the spaciousness and overall cleanliness were all terrific. The price is lower than most of the condos in the area, so it is a good value. The basics are included such as beach towels, boogie boards, a small cooler, coffee maker, AC in some rooms, etc. However, it is lacking use of a washer/dryer and "extra" niceties. The parking was close by and the community pool area was lovely. We had a great vacation on the North Shore!

We loved Saichi’s place and Saichi himself! His place had everything, more than we expected and helped us enjoy our dream life-“workation”. Saichi was sincere, super-responsive and took care of our needs right away. We can’t wait to go back to his place next time! Thank you so much, Saichi!

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Rick’s airbnb. We will definitely come back in the future. Great location and very walkable!

The apartment was clean and had a fun view especially in the morning. We were able to use the kitchen as well! Make sure to reach out to the host ahead of time to get instructions for the lockbox and building security will not help you. Once we got the keys, it was super easy to get into the building and the room.

This unit is perfect for anyone who like peace and quiet , safety , many options for beaches and state parks especially ha’ena state park for the beautiful Nepali coast and Kalalau trail. The trail shuttle can pick you up at Princeville Makai Golf course at 7:30am and 9:30am everyday! If you’re camping that also means no camping reservation over night parking required for a rental car ( those are like winning a lottery ticket ) Anne and Greg are responsive to anything we asked for, they provide all the basics of a kitchen with a studio priced for at least a 3 day stay minimum, we enjoyed our time there and the bed is so comfortable it was truly difficult to get up! Television equipped with all apps so you can log into your Netflix and Paramount +, coffee maker for that great Hawaiian coffee ( bounds coffee grinder ) only thing missing was a French press but I bet if we asked it would have been provided. Beach towels beach chairs body boards etc ( you get the picture ) loved it,

This was a family vacation and having the full kitchen available to eat in instead of always going out was great. The location is great close to the beach and plenty of public transportation and shopping and restaurants. Having the parking space included saved us a lot even though we only had a car for 4 days I would gladly recommend this unit and would book with Lucy again. If we had any questions she responded within 10 minutes if not sooner great communication Thank you

This place was great; location in heart of Waikiki beach area, close to restaurants, easy to walk to most places, and free parking for when you want to escape the city and explore. we loved it

It was an incredibly nice place, with peaceful quiet and easy access. We could not have asked for a better place. The community was great, and the people were so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

One of the best places we have stayed on big island! This place is insanely beautiful, huge space & a tropical back yard all to ourselves. Highlight of our trip! Can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo

It’s at an extremely accessible area of Honolulu but at the same time private. The view from the balcony was amazing. Mark was a great host. Will definitely come back!

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay if you want something a little more private and less busy than the city! Never had an issue with finding cheap/free parking either. Felt just like home with great views and amenities. Jo also provided us with some extra things that weren’t listed and it made our experience extra special! 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay there again if we ever make it back to Hawaii.

Amazing location in the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to literally EVERYTHING so no car is needed. Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Would definitely book again!
