Yui was a wonderful, gracious host that was very responsive. Her apartment is located in a great neighborhood that is very walkable to the action of Dotonbori and close to the Osaka Metro station, making it an ideal location. My family and I were impressed with how clean and spacious the property was and would strongly consider staying again next time!

The home was clean a good size for our party of 6. The washing machine/dryer was convenient. It was a great location, close to bus and trains. The river around the corner is a nice place to go for a run. Only thing is that there were not a lot of places to eat close by that could accommodate our group of 6. We would stay again!

Wonderful location and central to many of the landmarks we intended to see. Host was friendly and very responsive. Place was bigger than we needed for our family of 4 but we used the extra room to store our purchases. Host had all essential amenities. There was an elevator to get to the floor we needed. Several convenience stores less than a block away to purchase items for the refrigerator. Overall we Felt very comfortable and wished we had more time to stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place.

Great location, awesome place. Kids friendly, lots of toys and books for our toddler! Spacious enough for toddler to run about the house. Very understanding host, even provided some baby diaper and wet wipes. Recommended!

We truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Andrea and Mayumi’s place was during our time in Kyoto. From the authentic feel of the tatami mats to the peaceful, gorgeous view of the river literally right below the balcony, we felt like we were in our own private Kyoto haven, which was perfect as we were on our honeymoon! Andrea and Mayumi made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay, right down to the little chocolate cookies placed thoughtfully on our pillows upon arrival. The location was ideally situated near one of Kyoto’s main streets and just a short bus or train ride from Arashiyama, Nara, and all of Kyoto’s most famous shrines. The apartment was also located down the street from a quirky and quaint dive named Bar Carole King, which we highly recommend if you’re into Japanese dives. We will remember our stay here for years to come and hope to return in the future!

If you’re considering booking this fantastic airbnb, don’t hesitate. It was one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had. Harumi is such a wonderful, thoughtful, and responsive host - she offered to meet us with umbrellas at the train station due to the weather, and she sent us off upon check-out with the most beautiful gift to celebrate our honeymoon. The place itself is pristine and spacious, with beautiful views of the river. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including snacks and drinks. There is so much within walking distance and access to two handy train lines. This will be the only place we stay in Tokyo in the future! Thank you Harumi & we hope to see you again soon.

Excellent place on the beachfront close to train station and convenience stores. Lots of things to do nearby - swim, surf, go hiking. Cosy place and nice host👍🏾

幸浩 is a kind and supportive person. We typically prepare dinner at the Airbnb, and his kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of utensils, making it a pleasure to cook there. One highlight of the house is the swing for children—my son adores it and spent the entire day playing on it throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for families with kids.

一棟貸切を家族4人で利用しました。 お宿自体がかなり楽しめるようになっています。様々なアメニティの用意はもちろん、室内ボードゲームをこたつで楽しむのも良いし、めちゃくちゃ長いおしゃれなダイニングで暖炉に暖まりながらお茶するのも良いし、目の前の海をキッチンで眺めながらお料理するのも良いし、もちろん目の前のビーチでビール飲むのも最高‼︎お庭ではバーベキューもできるようです。今回は夕方着いて朝早くに出なければならず、お宿で楽しみたいものを短時間でこなしてしまいました。2、3泊しながら海をずっと眺めていたかったです。オーナーご夫妻ホスピタリティを随所に感じられて大変心地よく過ごさせていただきました。家族全員、こんな良い場所よく探せたね！って感動してました。ありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful stay here with 6 adults. The location was very convenient, and the garage was large enough to squeeze in a full size mini-van. Everything was clean and as described. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I were traveling with a car to Kyoto.

Authentieke Japanse woning. Geweldige host erg service gericht. Echt een aanrader voor een authentiek japans verblijf. Toen wij er waren was het wat koud maar de host zorgde ervoor dat de locatie warm werd. Wel eens waar langs een weg daar is de host eerlijk over in de communicatie maar wel vrij. Compliment

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

We loved this loft! It had everything we needed plus exquisite style! It is in a great location!!

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

Akiko是一位非常善良的女士. 我们因为行程到达的很早, 又拿了很多行李不方便行走. 在我入住当天给akiko打电话说明情况后, akiko非常愿意帮我们安排提前放行李进房间, 帮我们解决了很大的问题. 房间在一个特别特别可爱的淡粉色小楼里, 距离美丽的海滩只有一条很小的马路, 从房间内的窗户可以直接看到绝佳的景色, 房子楼下就拥有数一数二美丽的风景. 并且距离地铁站步行只要8分钟. 唯一的不足之处是没有电梯, 搬运行李需要走楼梯. 但是这绝对是值得的! 未来以后再来这个地方我一定还会预定这个房间的!非常推荐!
