Sayed’s loft was a cozy and comfortable place for me to recover after traveling for a surgical procedure with my mom and toddler in tow. It is spacious and well-designed, centrally located, but best of all, the team of hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our extended stay. I put in a few special requests throughout the week, and was very grateful that they were able to accommodate our needs every time. It was especially nice to have a smart TV in the main bedroom while I was stuck in bed. The only two things to be aware of would be the stairs if you need an accessible place, and that there is some decent traffic noise during waking hours with it being on a busy street. However, the host provides a noise machine and earplugs in the large bedroom to help, and the noise really didn’t bother me after the first day since it dies down around 10 pm. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! Cool, urban loft space, full size bedroom and kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities you'd need. Just a few blocks from the convention center and the rate was similar to what I would have paid for a hotel room. Plus with full kitchen could cook some of my own food. But tons of restaurants and stuff to do around the neighborhood too. Area was clean and safe and lots of people around. Wish I'd had more time to do some of the tourist stuff like the Stockyards. Next time! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

A spotless well-equipped apartment in a quiet location within walking distance of the art museums - just what I wanted. Sean was great at communication in advance and throughout.

Overall the apartment was super clean and a perfect size for a couples getaway for a weekend. It is super close to the stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. Dwellings by Bryant was also very responsive and super nice. I couldn’t recommend this place more if you want to get your moneys worth out of an air b&b!

Fred and Susan were wonderful hosts. The location was beautiful and quiet. The room was spacious and everything worked great. About 15 minute walk through the neighborhood to Magnolia for coffee, food, drinks.

We had a great time staying here! We were only in town for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Kim was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ft. Worth! Would recommend this place for sure!

Great location and space! Easy to walk to Great restaurants and Sundance Square just steps away. Noisy until about 3am so may want to bring ear plugs for sleeping but comfy bed! Would recommend staying here to be immersed in Downtown

We had enjoyed staying here! Our dogs love the house and backyard such a great space for fury friends! We definitely will be coming back here to stay!

Wonderful place to stay. We had an issue with another residence we were staying at. Contacted Christy with short notice and she was not only able to accommodate us that day but she also was able to get us in early so we had a place to go. Next time we will be booking only with Christy. She was also very quick to respond with any questions

Excellent location for activities on the square and on the lake. Walking distance to all the dining places on the square.

Once again - our stay at The Milam House was perfect! We love this house! Charlie is an awesome host and is always available and so helpful with anything we need. We can't wait for our next trip to town to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Yellow Rose is a perfect stay to relax and also enjoy the surrounding area around Granbury.

I hesitated a little bit before giving a rating for our stay. We've had 3 problems over 4 nights, but i can understand that they are linked to external factors, not likely to reoccur, and David handled them well. First issue was the temperature in the apartment. It was abnormaly cold for Texas, and the inside temp when we arrived was 58°F (14°C). Seems like the thermostat was giving issues. But there was 2 extra portable e-heaters that once plugged in warmed up the place within hours. Then the next morning there was no water. Seems like a pipe burst outside. It was also fixed in a matter of hours. Last, the appartment has a washer and dryer, but seems like the washer was down. However David let us use one from another unit. The place is nice, clean, and has all the equipment and ammenities you need for your stay. The location was what we needed. It was pretty quiet. David was quick to answer on our requests. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Given the opportunity we would stay again

Very convinience location, easy access, conformable apartment

There was current construction, but we were never bothered! Neighbors kept to themselves and we had a great time!
