Britney's unit 402 in the Theater Lofts was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We walked to the Legacy Arena for the NCAA women's Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight rounds of the March Madness basketball tournament and at all times felt safe.

the host was very nice and attentive.. she respond very quickly to any questions I had.. she went above and beyond to ask make sure I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We recently stayed in the beautiful loft located in a really convenient part of the city. The photos really don’t do it justice, it looks incredible once you’re inside. The whole space was spotlessly clean and it’s just such a cool vibe in there. The hosts were really good at communicating, very responsive and checked to make sure everything was good. We also got some great local recommendations from them and had a fantastic meal on one of the nights. The instructions for check in and parking were really easy to follow. If you’re considering booking this space I 100% would, it’s absolutely stunning!

We enjoyed our girl trip to The Flats. We are from Nashville and had never been to Birmingham before. We liked that the building/entry was easy to navigate and we were close to the elevator and parking. I’m glad we had our car as far as getting to attractions but it seemed pretty safe in the area of the air b and b for walking. Thanks!

I had a fantastic stay at Morgan’s place! The location was perfect, with restaurants conveniently located downstairs. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided by Morgan were clear and easy to follow. I had no issues at all with the unit - it was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would love to stay here again the next time I’m in town!

We stayed at this Airbnb while in town for my brother’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The location in downtown Birmingham was ideal—right near the Museum of Art, which made it easy to get to the reception while also managing our two young children. The space itself was great, and we especially loved having an amazing gelato shop right downstairs. While there wasn’t dedicated parking, we never had an issue finding street parking, and the nearby surface lot was very affordable. We also enjoyed walking to brunch at Frothy Monkey in the mornings. The only challenges were that the elevator wasn’t working the first day, and finding the entrance to the residence was a bit tricky at first. However, Bridgette was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Birmingham!

5 Stars I stayed at this Airbnb over the weekend with my daughter while my wife enjoyed a girls’ getaway, and we had an amazing time! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared — from the comfy beds to the fully stocked kitchen. My daughter especially loved the cozy couch, and I appreciated how peaceful and relaxing the whole vibe was. Perfect location, great host, and an overall top-notch experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay!

Kim and Kelly were wonderfully responsive to all my silly requests. They were proactive with questions, making sure we had everything we needed, which we did! i especially loved all the space in the bathroom. I'm not a very light packer, so it was perfect! The hot water ran out really quickly though, which is a shame because the water pressure is so awesome! And you can hear the neighbors really well, but they were all very nice! Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in Kim's place. I would recommend them to anyone!

I stayed at this location for a month and the place is extremely comfortable, the office area in the back is great to work from and the front porch is great to relax on in the evenings.

We loved staying here! It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great. We had everything that we needed. We location was PERFECT. We enjoyed driving around the neighborhood looking at all of the beautiful homes. It felt very safe. We were so close to all of the cute restaurants in different pockets of the city and things to do. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get somewhere. We will definitely be staying again.

I have stayed at Eden Brae at least 6 times with my husband and son. Sometimes we have brought my golden doodle. We stay here for the uniqueness and location. We visit Children's of Alabama for my sons doctors appointments and it's 10-12 minutes from there. Very convenient and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The home is in a safe location and I haven't had an issue hearing people in the other units. I recommend staying here at least once. Each unit is laid out different and I have my favorite. We plan to be back in four months. Thank you, Emma, for the consistency of our stays.

Rebecca was great to work with and I love the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel. The shower was GREAT! Would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit B’ham!

Great space with a huge shower and comfortable bed and couch. Perfect size for a couple. Great central location. Was under 10mins to everywhere we went.

Beautiful, clean, safe apartment. Safe walkable neighborhood. Host responded to questions in a timely manner and I was able to book immediately. I will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, good stay. Good location. Clean. Good restaurants, CVS within walking distance. So, if you're in the area, check it out.
