The location is wonderful and the unit was the perfect size for our family of five. The beach and pier is a beautiful setting! The pool was much appreciated on hot days. Lots of accessible activities.

We were two families traveling together looking for a nice space to relax with our kids for the week. The condos had separate living space, but joining balconies, which was really nice for privacy, but also able to spend time with friends. Kitchen was very well stocked to cook all our own meals. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The other residents were really kind to our kids at the pool. Overall a great place for families, or any larger group traveling together. Our host was really proactive and communicated well. We would definitely stay again.

Cocoplum Condos are great. We have stayed at over 20 condos in the past few years. The pool area is our all time favorite. It has beautiful trees for partial shade and is next to a lovely sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a car rental and Herbert sent directions to the condo and was waiting for us when we arrived. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings when we weren't in the pool or hot tub! This is a perfect condo for two couples or a family with children.

we honestly have nothing bad to say about the condo/ Airbnb. Kimberly was always very prompt to get back with answers to any of my questions as well as helpful with recommending excursions & restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable! Loved the fact that there were kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles for us to use! We loved the table on the patio! also the chairs & ottomans were very comfortable outside our bedroom for morning coffee, we'd loved sitting out there watching the sunrise. we did have rain several days and the porch/patio always stayed dry. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to a time that we can return!

Kimberly’s support, services, recommendations and responsiveness was exemplary. She helped us in so many ways and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was outstanding. The resort was peaceful, protected from the wind and was very private. Long walks on the beach, lounging at the palapa, paddling to the false Caye near by, shopping at the nearby village, swimming off the dock and just lounging on the beach were just a few our highlights here.

This was our first trip to Belize. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing from the pier, swimming in the pool and kayaking. The villa was comfortable and clean. It has all the necessities and comforts of home. Herbert was very responsive to our questions including the staff who made us feel welcome. I would recommend a vehicle to go into Placencia. We did book several excursions and they picked us up at the Villas. Highly recommend staying at the Villas at Cocoplum! Carla L.,

Ratka and Byron were phenomenal. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities. The place was beautiful and everyone was very friendly . They even were able to add air to our rental car tire . Truely full service . I would recommend their resort to anyone wanting to travel to Belize.

A wonderful uncrowded resort with all of the amenities you need. Great condo, fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Herbert and the other staff are so friendly and helpful, they were wonderful! The pool is amazing, we played in the water and jumped off the pier. We ate next door twice and enjoyed how quick it was to get to Placencia

Petite maison de plage propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition : 1 pièce avec 2 lits doubles, 1 réfrigérateur, 1 table avec machine à café (et café inclus), 1 salle de bain. Il est possible de demander des serviettes de plage et d’avoir un ménage quotidien. Très facile d’accès. Janice est très gentille et vous proposera des activités (possibilité d’avoir un kayak de mer à disposition). Elle nous a également conseillé sur l’itinéraire à prendre pour notre destination d’après. Tous les principaux restaurants et services sont accessibles à pied, c’était un bonheur de se réveiller sous les cocotiers à la plage durant ce séjour. Il peut y avoir beaucoup de vent le soir mais on s’y habitue rapidement.

This location was amazing the view , the snorkeling , everything was great about it.

There were 12 of us that stayed for about 6 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating and respectful. Brenda came every day to clean up/make our beds/and do our laundry. Manuel was our chef and did an amazing job. Even tho we came in the rainy season, we had full sun during most days. It was very well worth it and I’d recommend to anyone with a large group staying in Placencia :)

Magical setting! The veranda is wonderful for watching the sunrise & lying in the hammock listening to the lapping of the waves & watching the antics of the pelicans. Andrea is a very interesting woman, who is working hard to address the many challenges of owning an oceanfront property sandwiched between manicured resorts. The beach house is charming with a great bathroom & shower & a functional kitchen. The caretakers were friendly & helpful & it was delightful to watch their two little girls playing & laughing in the ocean. We’ve been visiting Placencia yearly for over a decade & it is reassuring that there are still places like Andrea’s to stay.

Les Cabanas sont intimes et tranquilles . A proximité des resto et épiceries . Si tu aime la plage et ses vagues ainsi qu’une belle brise de la mer , c’est la place idéale :-)

Beautiful home, the amenities were great! My husband and I loved the outdoor shower on the third floor! The pool was clean and and temperature was perfect! The housekeeping service was a nice touch to really feeling like you are on vacation! We had three days of chef service, we love the breakfast but twice had to ask her to prepare lunch and leave it because we were out sightseeing and felt rush to get back. The first day at lunch she told us not to be late for dinner (6pm) as she had to ride an hour to get home. This was understandable but again we had to rush or ask her twice at dinner to leave which meant we had to clean up. The dishwasher was leaking, we had to put a towel down to catch the water as housekeeping and chef allowed it to settle on the floor. Otherwise, our family enjoyed the home and would visit again!

Loved this little spot! It was nice to listen to the tropical rain and the ocean waves. It was a very short walk to the Turtle Inn and we loved the happy hour drinks there from 4-6. We also walked back and forth from town (once you get to Coffee and Chill there is a sidewalk across the field and close to the beach that takes you directly into town). Andrea had excellent meal/food ideas as well. We didn't take advantage of swimming there (mostly because of the rain) but we did enjoy sitting under the moon and stars eating dinner.

This beachfront Airbnb in Placencia, Belize, is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway. The location is perfect—steps from a private beach and close to the village. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a lovely patio overlooking the ocean. Rene, the host, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend :)

Herbert place was peaceful, clean, and inviting. We all 4 enjoyed our stay and loved being greeted by the local 2 dogs everyday. The morning sunrises were amazing. We took the kayaks out twice in the morning and enjoyed the view and all the beautiful birds feeding in the shallow sea floor while the sunrise glistened. The beach was clean, but everyday plastic would be swept in by the tides. Not a lot and no fault of the host Herbert. My husband and I would pick it up everyday. Only because we are activist about a clean earth. I wish all people would recognize this problem. Thanks Herbert for the great communication and your beautiful home. We all had a great time.

This is one of those hidden gems in the far corner of the world! Simply amazing!

Coconut Row was a great place to stay in Hopkins! If you are not a resort person this is the place for you. you are steps away from the beach which has chairs to lounge on. You may experience a few peddlers on the beach. our room was clean and had a/c in the bedrooms. Coconut Row's staff was very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Complimentary coconut water in your fridge when you arrive and security dogs you love a good pet.

Phil and Megan were great! If we needed anything or had any questions they were there! It was a great location, close to the beach, store across the street for shopping, restaurants within a short walking distance! Captain Jak’s was right next door and their boat was very close so that we could walk to and see stingrays, see the fish, along with visiting with guides!!

Linda’s place is exactly as described. The apartments are specious and well organized with great privacy to parents and older kids. The highlight is the amazing beach that beats everything else. Clean sandy, very quiet and private. We had a rented car so drive to Hopkins for restaurants and shopping was a non issue. Without that, the location might be little remote even for grocery shopping. Although the apartments are little outdated and around Linda’s place there are newer properties. Linda and Mike are super helpful and it’s worth the difference in my mind. No doubt, when I return to Hopkins, that place will be my first choice

We really enjoyed our stay. Fernando met us at the house when we arrived and made us feel right at home. The pool was wonderful and the views of the mountains in the distance were amazing. Thank you, Michael! Hope to see you next year.
