Dana's house is an absolute gem. It's spacious, new, clean & exceptionally well located. It's on the Placencia peninsula, but about 9 miles north of the main tourist town. It's in a very quiet location right on the water's edge, just outside the charming village of Seine Bight. The pool was delightful to relax in & you can walk right into the shallow sea to snorkel, paddleboard or swim. The kitchen had a lot of useful extras that we were invited to use. Dana was incredibly helpful with suggestions & contacts to make the most of our 8 day stay. The beds were all king size & very comfortable If you have 5 or more guests try to reserve the entire house. If you are just a couple looking for an idyllic getaway the downstairs is completely self contained. with an additional kitchen

Beautiful spot! Lovely pool! Nice mini splits kept us cool at night. Master shower didn’t heat up but with just two of us the other bathroom was a ok. Deedee local contact was nice. Lynette is a great host. And space looks just like or better than the photos.

Bonnie is a wonderful host and very helpful with recommendations. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The space is well laid out and private. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Belize so much. This house was beautiful and worked really well for our needs. Location was great. The views were so nice. Morning coffee on the patio was awesome.

We stayed at several AirBnBs in Belize and this was by far our favorite. The home has an amazing view all the modern amenities in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very walkable to groceries, shops and restaurants. Convenient base for all kinds of adventure activities. Highly recommend!

Had a great time here! The place is charming and right on the beach. It's not huge but has vaulted ceilings, nice king sized bed and a shower with HOT water and great water pressure which is not always the case in the Caribbean or Central America. Screened in porch overlooks the ocean and protects against the bugs. Perfect accommodations for a solo traveler or a couple. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a bar and restaurant next door. The location is a few miles from the stores and amenities of Palencia so a rental car would be recommended. Colleen Ann is a great host who responds quickly, lives in the area, and can handle any any issues/questions you may have.

Had a great time at Tri Tan. The view was spectacular. You can't beat the location. I also appreciated the privacy and not being to close to loud bars on the beach. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it.

Great property and excellent location!!!This property is located on the Peninsula of Placencia and located in the plantation area of Placencia. This area offers a wealth of culture and accessibility to places to eat ,waterfront beaches,and pick up and drop off to the many excursions in and around Beilze.We were surprised to find such modern accommodations close to this property as well. There is 1981 an upscale restaurant located at the Naia resort, there is Umaya another upscale restaurantand resort close by as well.For desert there is an upscale and modern little ice cream parlor called "Chillpoint" just next to Sein Bight about 10 minutes down the road and several other restaurants and local businesses.We felt at home in the Oceanside Cabanas and werevery pleased with the ambiance and privacy it offered.This place is a gem and the amenities are well thought out.All in all we would definitely rate this among one of the best AirBnb properties we have had the pleasure of recommending.

We had a lovely stay at Tamzin’s! It’s a beautiful house located right on the beach walking distance to lots of restaurants. We loved having access to the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The kitchen is fully stocked with every possible thing you might need to whip up some nice meals. The views were amazing and the beds comfortable. Check out the barracuda and sea bar next door for great pizza. I would highly recommend both Hopkins and Tamzin’s place.

I cannot say enough how perfect this stay was. Great amenities, perfect distance from town for quiet and privacy, the beach is unbelievable, and the house is immaculate. Steven was so very helpful and responsive with the many questions I had and I'm very grateful for that, it really helped improve my stay and trip overall. The beds are very Firm and that is not for everyone, but also not uncommon for the area. We did not always have hot water but that zero bothered us since the weather is much hotter and more humid than we are used to...something to know, but it was not ever uncomfortably cold either. I cannot wait to return to Belize and would stay here again without hesitation, and want to bring my young child this time. Seriously cannot recommend staying at this house enough! The Happy Place was the perfect home away from home for our party of 6 while we were staying in Placencia. The bedrooms and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The beautiful craftsmanship complemented the beautiful location, and it was easy to get to the Placencia Pier and lots of amazing local bars and restaurants. Amber was a great host and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

I love this location; easy access to everything. Great distance to travel to Placencia or Belmopan, Hopkins and Belize City. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful. I will definitely select this location for all my future vacations in Belize. I experienced nothing in a negative manner and I am very pleased with the cost to stay 🙂 May Allah continue to bless Tobin in all his endeavors. I highly recommend this location if you want peace and tranquility in your stay!

This was our favorite house we stayed in in Belize. Solid, good ac. nice hot water, front balcony with lovely view and birds around! Christy and John were in ready communication. The house is only about a 22 min drive to Hopkins where there are many restaurants and snorkel trips available, and several national parks with hiking to waterfalls. Dangriga is a bit sketch, but we had good Garifuna food on the weekend at South Havana bar and grill.

host was very polite and friendly, easy to work with would definitely go back to Maya Beach for vacation again.
