The place is absolutely idyllic. If you want to feel like living in a botanical garden and fruit garden with own lake and boat, with unbelievable view, this is your place. Two more features that are very precious nowadays - silence and darkness. You can observe Milky Way and millions of stars from terrace. And all this in absolute silence, similar to what I experienced last time in my grandma’s timber cabin 40 years ago.

Чудесный дом с панорамной террасой. Потрясающие виды! Дом расположен на берегу залива со своим причалом. Мы приехали в Норвегию за красотами и рыбалкой и это замечательное место исполнило все наши желания и даже больше! Нас было 15 человек, взрослые и дети, всем хватило простора. Мне очень понравился бесконтактный заезд! Все четко и ясно прописано. Хозяйка была всегда на связи и помогала нам разрешать некоторые вопросы. Мечтаю вернуться сюда снова!

Spectacular place! The views are unreal being right on the water. The house is stunning on the inside and has great design. Very cozy. The out door spa, fire and kayaks were amazing. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved Lasse’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation in Bergen. The location is remote and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates tranquility away from the city, with a lovely view of the bay.

Staying here was an incredible experience. My wife and I were in awe of the spectacular views of the tranquil fjord, the snow-capped mountains around us, and the gushing waterfall next to the house. We used the kitchen a lot during our stay and immediately fell in love with it. It is the best stocked airbnb kitchen we have come across. Cooking in it felt so natural and everything was easy to find. The living room was also a highlight- it is spacious and, as the description says, it easily fits several guests but it still felt cozy with only us two. And of course, the hot tub was perfect to relax in on cold and windy evenings as the sun went down. It is clear Hans and Emily have put so much care and thoughtfulness into making this cabin a home for their guests. Their attentiveness extends beyond the house too and when the conditions were right to see the northern lights, they eagerly messaged us to make sure we didn't miss it. Every moment we spent here was a delight.

Cozy cabin at a beautiful location. The scenery around the cabin is just amazing! The cabin is also fully stocked with amenities from well equipped kitchen to all kinds of spices to cook and varieties of teas and coffees. Petter is a great host too, very helpful and quick in responding to any question.

We had a great night at this beautiful manor! The host is kind and there was no inconvenience.

Our visit in August 2024 is an absolute holiday highlight. Birger's cottage by the lake is definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We had fantastic days, kayaking, sunbathing and fishing. All in heavenly peace and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from Haugesund. The cottage itself is very well maintained and lovingly furnished; everything you need is there. Birger was always available and was always helpful with advice. Definitely recommended!

Zeer mooie, rustige locatie met hele vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders, inclusief spoedcursus Noors :-). Het verse fruit stond al op ons te wachten. De woning is best gedateerd, maar heeft erg veel ruimte en is zeer compleet. Buiten zeer veel ruimte en goede mogelijkheden om te vissen of om lekker aan het water te zitten. Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

Flott hus på landet men likevel veldig sentralt for å besøke Haugesund. Fint badeplass rett foran huset. Vi trivdes veldig godt med familie; bra med plass og masse utstyr på kjøkkenet. Veldig lett å kommunisere med Trond. Anbefales!

We had a very pleasant stay in the beautiful Sognfjord. The house had everything we needed for the whole family with two kids (7 yr and 10 month). Charming old cabin modernly equipped. The location is just amazing with great view into the Fjord, quiet but not to far from shops. We got very clear instructions about the house and useful sightseeing tips.

Notre séjour chez Sverre et Kristin s’est très bien déroulé dans une charmante maison, authentique, chaleureuse et douillette ! Sverre et Kristin nous ont conseillés et accueillis avec bienveillance et toujours le souci de répondre à nos attentes. Ce sont des hôtes avec lesquels il est très facile de communiquer et d’organiser son séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Une jolie maison à proximité de Solvorn et donc du Ferry pour visiter l'église d'Urnes. La maison est grande et agréable avec un grand jardin et la place pour se garer. Le Spar à proximité est juste à coté pour faire ses courses ! Le lave linge et le sèche linge sont un vrai plus ! Torger et Marthe sont très réactifs ce qui est appréciable si on a une question !

Hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Oddbjørg svarte raskt, var tilgjengelig ved behov, og boligen er veldig fin og koselig. Vi anbefaler Oddbjørg og hennes bolig, og leier gjerne igjen ved behov.

Knut was a wonderful host and his airbnb was beautiful and relaxing. He gave us detailed instructions to find our way to the house and when the hot tub was having technical difficulties he was immediately responsive and had a repair man come to fix it. The bathroom floors are heated and the bed was so cozy--We would definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting.

We hebben een heerlijke korte week gehad in het huis van Vegard. Ondanks dat we hem niet ontmoet hebben, hebben we heel prettig contact gehad. Hij reageert snel en vriendelijk en is behulpzaam bij vragen! Het huis ligt op een fijne rustige plek met ruime tuin en prachtige ligging aan het water. Je hebt zelfs beschikking over je eigen privé strandje en kunt een boot en kano’s gebruiken. Daar hebben wij veel plezier mee beleefd! Ook onze hond heeft zich hier goed kunnen vermaken. Je verblijft in een karakteristieke oude woning met veel charme. Ook veel ruimte en comfort. En als verrassing hadden wij zo nu en dan reeën in de tuin. In de omgeving ligt de Preikestolen, prachtige wandeling! En voor een bezoek aan Stavanger zit je hier ook ideaal. We vonden Jørpeland ook leuk! Kortom, genoeg te doen in de omgeving en rondom het huis. Een aanrader als je het ons vraagt!

Thanks very much for having us over Christmas! It was the perfect place to spend a few quiet days with friends, cooking and eating! Alexandra had put up lots of Christmas decorations which was a special touch!

Dette er den fineste hytta vi har vært på til nå. Kombinasjonen av gammelt og moderne er mesterlig utført. Alle detaljer var tenkt på og vi manglet ingen ting. Naturskjønne omgivelser. Privat beliggenhet. Hyggelig vertskap som svarer raskt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wr had such a magical Christmas time staying here so we could be with my Sister and her family and to celebrate her baby's Baptism is Rosendal too on Christmas Day. It was such a beautiful wooden lodge we enjoyed thw fire so cosy. It was like a home from home and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)
