Brian's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We needed to stay about a month to finish up our move to the area. Brian was extremely accommodating and understanding. His home was perfectly set up for an extended stay and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Kyle’s place was the perfect stay for our family. The house is a young child’s dream and our 1 year old son felt right at home with all of the toys and comfy crib. The location was ideal for traveling to many of the attractions that Austin has to offer. Kyle was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Bonus points for the couch being very big where 4 people could lay out at night. If traveling with little ones, this is the home for you!

Our stay at Carissa’s Airbnb in Austin was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the house was. It had plenty of space, making it perfect for our group, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also ideal—there were plenty of amenities nearby, including great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Carissa was a fantastic host! She was communicative, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again the next time we’re in Austin!

Amazing and beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful. Annette was always responsive to any and every question, making us feel heard and safe, which is very important to me. My children loved the place, they even had Taki’s which is a huge plus lol, kids love Taki’s. It’s the little things like that that stands out and makes your stay even better. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Will most definitely recommend this property and will be back.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get to and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outside amenities.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We stayed here for about 10 days for SXSW. Since we were going to be out all day, we were prioritizing a clean and simple place to rest at night and Juno’s spot was perfect! This unit is a converted garage in a very quiet neighborhood just off William Cannon. Everything was super clean and comfortable! We used the fridge and the small kitchen to make quick breakfast in the morning. We had some trouble with the electronic keypad towards the end of our stay, but Juno was very communicative with helping u out! Overall a great place to stay, and highly recommended. Thank you!

We have stayed at Chuck’s twice now since it is close to family and have had a great experience both times. We are grateful for how well kept the place is. It is clean and comfortable and close to everything we need. We recommend Chuck’s if you plan to visit the area.

This place was wonderful! Mary is truly a pro at this; the space was well stocked with anything you could possibly need, she gifted us sweet extras to make us feel welcome, and it was clean! The bed was comfy, the linens were good quality, there were plenty towels (bath & beach!), etc. My friend forgot her phone charger--Mary had one in a drawer. She also got a sunburn--Mary had after sun lotion! I wanted cane sugar for my coffee--she had like 4 sugar options!! I really enjoyed my stay and was so thankful that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is really quiet and lovely, so that was a plus. Check in and out was seamless. Great job, Mary! You're killing it in the rental game!

This was our second time staying with Jim and Deb. They are wonderful hosts and their place is beautiful.

Great location, we were close to many good restaurants and shopping around South Lamar and South Congress. Quick drive or Uber to downtown. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Worth the stay, highly recommend.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rick’s. It’s a Beautiful property and very quiet. Room was nice and tidy.

This was the best birthday trip ever! Jaya was very responsive to messages and provided plenty detailed useful information. Her place was quiet and just steps away from breathtaking views. Perfectly located from the parking garage, elevator and pool/spa. We would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay. Kids loved the pool. Had everything we needed so it made us feel at home. Good location. Will rebook in future if we return to the area.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

There were so many great things to mention about this experience it is hard to narrow it down. The place was tastefully decorated and clean. The host Joshua was responsive. Loretta made us feel like we were welcomed. The special treat was Chef Nichol at the grill. The food was delicious, she was welcoming and gave us an amazing dining experience. This was our first time visiting and we will be back! The ladies at the spa and gift shop were spectacular. All I can say is, we'lll keep our bags pack to have this experience again.

We stayed at Emily's place in Lago Vista and had a great experience. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this is the perfect place for you. Not a lot of people around at any given time and very scenic. With the rules, access codes, and property being so large, it does take a bit to acquaint yourself. After reading all the regulations and experiencing just how quiet the property was, I did get a little nervous at first having my kids with me, but I never had any issues at all. There was complete transparency about the distance from eateries from the location, so we brought a lot of food to prepare there so we could take in all the accomodations that this place did have to offer. But it was no issue for me to go 10-15 minutes to eat somewhere. This place has everything you need, it is very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying.
