The Pecan house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect mini getaway to relax at. My family enjoyed having dinners on the outside patio every night with lake views. We enjoyed the water sports equipment as well. This place was everything we hoped for and we will be back again.

Great Stay! Cute interior decor! Loved the lakeside back porch. My son and his wife and daughter rode the paddle boat and had fun. Very comfy beds and linens. Fully equipped! Can’t think of anything negative to say. We prepared all our meals there and everything we needed was there.

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning lakeside Airbnb, and I couldn't recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the lake, with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the cozy deck or while relaxing inside. Whether you’re an early riser who loves watching the sunrise over the water or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot offers a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

We had the best weekend at this luxury villa in the Texas Hill Country! The place was even better than the photos—seriously stunning. The morning view was perfect for sipping coffee, and the fire pit + hot tub made relaxing in the evenings so easy. The kitchen was awesome, and we really appreciated the snacks waiting for us after a long day of travel. Arielle and Tom were super responsive and kind, and the whole experience just felt peaceful and special. Great location too—restaurants, breweries, and a grocery store were only 15–20 mins away, and the drive was beautiful. So glad we found this place!

We visited The Cottage in hopes of having a quiet, peaceful stay with my elderly parents and it was a success! Cathy’s Cottage was very peaceful, and being close to a water front view was even better. The Cottage itself is just perfect. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be coming back.
