This is an outstanding, peaceful retreat with top of the line fixtures and fittings. Melanie is very welcoming and friendly and the type of host who thinks of all the small details to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The bedding and mattress were truly comfortable. The barn is such a beautiful, light space. We were after a quiet retreat in nature, and this was it! Horses, sheep, nesting birds on the doorstep and within very close proximity (5 minute drive) to Haslemere. We spent one day exploring in Winchester, as I'd never been - a great place! Good restaurants, cafés etc and a rich history. We will definitely come back!

kerries property is a little gem, cant rate it high enough. Location and surrounds are so peacful, even though Chichester is on your doorstep. And there are also good pubs near by. its a great place torelax and unwind. Animals were an added bonus for my grandaughter fingers crosseded we are hoping to come back in the summer.

A recent stay at The Old Dairy couldn’t have been more welcome! Gill is a brilliant, attentive host and incredibly helpful with directions to the property, which is located close to Surrey Hills and plenty of beautiful walking routes. The property itself offers peace and comfort, off the beaten track and perfect for any length of stay. Complete with amenities as described, The Old Dairy is great for a countryside escape. Would very much recommend!

Lovely cottage in really beautiful surroundings - lots of walks directly from the cottage and easy to get to nearby towns and National Trust properties. Colette was so helpful before and during our stay, providing really detailed directions to get there knowing that the M25 had issues.

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

A wonderful stay in Alresford. We felt right at home and enjoyed the interiors and location. We will definitely be booking again.

Sophie & Ed were absolutely amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Their Barn is beautifully designed and set out, it is comfortable and had everything and more in it that I needed for a four night stay. The location was a 2 min drive from where I needed to be so it was perfect for travelling to and fro and lovely to come back to after a long day to rest in. Thank you.

The barn is a wonderful place to stay. tranquil with lovely green outside spaces. Indoors the rooms were just as shown in the listing photos. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels felt like new. Fresh and clean throughout with a great central space to relax the barn was a fabulous find. Our host Ingela was super helpful and welcoming, responding to our queries helpfully and quickly. She provided us with easy to follow directions and recommendations for food in nearby Cranleigh. We really enjoyed the takeaway we got based on those recommendations. Don't bother scrolling further. just book this one.

Thank you Holly for a wonderful stay - we had a lovely long weekend with our children and friends. The barn is beautiful, comfortable, warm and had everything we could need. The space was perfect for us. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend for anyone considering staying here and we would definitely return.

Great place to stay for a 30th birthday celebrations. Lots of space for dinner / drinks and the beach is walking distance (about 40 minutes) what helped as well is the weather was beautiful and the gardens on site are lovely! Great host, introduced himself and offered any assistance.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this cozy and quiet house. Every detail of the interior reflects the care and love that Shelagh puts into her home and her guests' comfort. She provided fresh homemade eggs, jam, milk, croissants and more for breakfast. She even brought flowers from her garden, which was a delightful touch. In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace; the provided firewood lasted perfectly for our two-night stay. It's advisable to arrive by car to explore the many local attractions recommended by Shelagh. We, for instance, booked a walk with alpacas, which was a unique experience. We would gladly return and hope to have more time to chat with Shelagh on our next visit. Thank you so much for this wonderful weekend!

Had a short stay here while visiting the island. The pictures cannot do this place justice, it's simply perfect. Beautiful setting and very private. We were lucky to have a clear night so the view of the stars was incredible. The kitchen is well stocked, the shower is very nice, the provision of games/pool/table tennis/books is enough to keep everyone occupied. Nicola is lovely and very informative and attentive. And the icing on the cake was Dexter taking us on a guided tour of the grounds! We will definitely be staying here next time we visit. Thanks Nicola.

Couldn’t fault the accommodation. It has everything you need for a self catering break with a clean, modern and luxurious feel. Completely self contained, but within the security and comfort of a private gated home. Wonderful location for easy access to the coastal path for incredible views and relaxing manageable walks to lovely pubs and restaurants making it the perfect weekend retreat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and the hosts were on hand to depart their local knowledge of the area to ensure you make the most of your stay.

We had a fabulous couple of nights at the Cow Shed, the instructions Caroline left were really clear and made the place very easy to find. Comfy bed, cosy fireplace and everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. The location was great, a 5-minute drive to the Pantiles and some tasty recommendations in the guest book. Thank you!

Me and my boyfriend LOVED our stay with Clair. She was a fabulous host with a beautiful place to stay. I think the price we paid was very fair for what we got. The view is stunning especially from the hot tub at night under the stars. The bed was so incredibly comfy and the living room felt super homely. Clair really thought of everything from the Percy pigs and matching kitchen roll to the basket of essentials! More than anything, the thing that makes the stay really is the host! Clair was super responsive on messages, welcomed us on arrival and extended our checkout until the afternoon to have a comfortable exit. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more and I would absolutely reccomend booking with Clair!

Deborah was super nice and flexible! Really enjoyed staying at The Barn, truly a nice experience. Our daughter loved the ducks! It was all very clean, bed linen and towels all in white which always shows also how clean things are! Beds super comfortable! Kitchen full equipped. You really have everting you need! We had a lovely stay at Jo’s place. The Barn was very warm, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the huge sitting room and well equipped kitchen. We were guests at a wedding in Arundel and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Jo kindly popped over when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. We would love to have stayed longer, there’s so much to see and do in the area. The cottage was lovely, perfect for what we needed. Its was very clean, well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable. Sally was a great host, very responsible and accommodating, especially with our checkin and checkout times and what to do in the area. There are beatiful walks nearby and the beach is a 15min drive. Surrounded by nature, feels very private too. Can completely unwind with sheep so say hello if you look out the window in the morning! The barn is clean, very cosy and has all the amenities you could need. Walked to the brewery nearby and went on a few runs in the surrounding countryside. Had a glorious stay!

The Hay Barn was an absolute delight to stay in. Hannah is a wonderful host and very clear on instructions and directions - thank you !! Such a beautiful place, lovely fire and decor and a wonderful eat in kitchen. The area is peaceful and great for walking our little French Bulldog. We will be back to enjoy the barn again 😀

Myself and my family stayed at this air BnB and we have stayed in a fair few over the years, and without a doubt this has been our favourite. It was so clean, it was really homely and checking in was a breeze. We were left a welcome pack which was really thoughtful. There was everything you needed and more.
