Zeer mooie en comfortabele woning op een mooie locatie. Alles aanwezig voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf. En als welkom kan het ook tellen! Een volledige mand met producten waardoor je bijna de eerste dag niet naar de winkel moet!! (Incl een fles Prosecco) Dus zeker een aanrader.

just back from a 3 night stay at the Lodge and it didn't disappoint. Fern is an excellent host very friendly Setting beautiful,lodge spotless very peaceful. Lots of wildlife, pheasant, woodpecker and birds on the feeder. Only March but the weather was perfect Very dog friendly,my husband fished and caught a lovely carp. Have booked again for September

Wow! What an amazing stay we’ve had. A long weekend with our two small children and doggy. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, very well laid out and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Sarah and Mark really have thought of everything and there were so many thoughtful touches added which made staying with small children so easy and relaxing! Highlights were definitely collecting eggs, saying hello to the sheep and lovely walks through the stunning woodland, before snuggling up with hot chocolates. The surroundings are stunning and we enjoyed lots of active days out. Sarah is super responsive and welcoming and really appreciated everything she did to make our stay so wonderful.

Lovely apartment, very cozy and perfect to read a book on the sofa with the lighting. First time being in Brighton so wasn't sure what to expect, however the apartment felt comfortable and homely. It was decorated amazingly, I definitely got some inspiration on how to decorate my own home. The only small fault, which was no fault of the owners, was the lack of parking nearby, so it ended up being quite costly. However the place was perfect for a mini break, thankyou:)))

The annex was great, did fit the purpose; very quite & nice But the best was how much Sarah cared, as I had several special requirements like a desk to study etc and she was very keen on fulfilling my needs Thanks

Such a magical experience. One of the best places we have ever stayed. The hot tub outside was amazing and even had a swim in the cold lake which was such a rush. The sleep was perfect and peaceful, and hearing the ducks swim in the lake in the morning was lovely. Will most certainly be returning in the summer. Helen was fantastic with communication throughout, and even left us some wine & milk in the fridge which was thoughtful. Thank you :)

We had a fantastic weekend here & would highly recommend this place. Park up & everything is in walking distance. Hopefully back soon. Mark

Lisa's caravan was immaculate and just as described. There is so much storage, I could definitely see us staying for longer next time. The welcome touch of fresh bread, home jams, milk and wine in the wine in the fridge were very much appreciated. The location is exactly what we wanted, we walked to the beach with a 4 year old in about 40 minutes. We also found a a lovely pub in Bosham, called Le Anchor Bleu. Thank you, we will be back again.

Perfect for what we needed, easy to find, instructions were clear lot's of things to do close to the beach. a really good location within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. Thank you Catherine for allowing us to stay and we will look to staying again whenever we are there again
