Our stay was perfect. The hosts left lots of little touches to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was our second stay and I’m sure we will be back! It is a true gem.

One of my favorites so far the house was very spacious and comfortable...I spent a lot of time on the back deck, also there's alot of activities such as baseball courts pool and many other things no more than 4 miles away, I enjoyed riding the the woods seeing the amazing views...hosts responded back quickly when needed , I would definitely book this air bnb agin

It was our first time in Hot Springs and we found this home to be very convenient. It was about 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. It is a recent construction, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. Instructions were clear and easy. Hosts provided restaurant recommendations that were all top notch, especially the pizza! Overall great stay.

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our time in Arkansas for spring break. We highly recommend this beautiful airbnb of Jack's in Hot Springs Village. It is great home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated and super clean. Each room had wonderful picturesque views of Desoto Lake and decks off each bedroom and dining room. Jack was always very quick to reply if we needed him for anything or had any questions. HSV is a great location to stay in for diamond mining or crystal mining, ziplining, hiking, fishing, geocaching, shopping, boating, and so much more. HSV also has many wonderful activities from picked ball courts, miniature golf, and golfing that is available to all homeowners and airbnb guests. Each gate to the village is staffed with friendly security guards who are willing to answer any questions you may have about the village, it's amenities, directions, and much more.

We had so much fun. The place was exactly what we expected!! Host were helpful and so nice!! There were others at the property but we never knew it. Such a nice place and close to all the fun!! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome. Perfect for 3 couples since each couple will have their own bathroom. It was clean and decorated nicely. Loved the big dining table that overlooked the pool. Laura also had a Keurig coffee pot with many coffee pods to choose from which was a nice touch. She had several breakfast kind of snacks available. We would definitely stay there again if we decided to vacation in Hot Springs again.

We enjoyed this Airbnb so much! It was sparking clean and had everything you could think of. Sami left us a goodie package and even left my dog a treat and made sure we had a bed and bowls for our dog. I’ve been to so many Airbnb’s where they don’t leave enough towels but not only were there plenty of towels, they were big and fluffy! Sami’s place is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, so clean and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing stay,and wish we could have stayed longer! Our every level of comfort was thought out well in advance, from snacks and coffee in that kitchen to chargers, and charging ports, games and extra blankets. Our hosts responded immediately when we had any sort of question. We would recommend anyone staying in the area to stay here! Thank you for a memorable and comfortable stay!

My family of five really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have two bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer. That really was the selling point for us. We easily could’ve slept more in this condo as it was a king bed, two queen beds, and a fold out couch. It was perfect for us. Very quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed the back patio and little grassy area and really appreciated being able to park just steps from the door. Not sure when we’ll ever come back to Hot Springs, but would definitely stay here again.

Ginger’s home was better than we imagined! We appreciated all of the thoughtful additions that so many other Airbnbs tend to overlook such as luggage racks, a laundry basket, plenty of hangers, and a well stocked kitchen to name a few. The interior was immaculate and felt very spacious. Ginger was very responsive and friendly in her communication. We will definitely be booking her place again the next time we’re in Hot Springs!

Super cute place! Close to the race track and downtown for restaurants, etc. very clean and cozy. The firepit was a plus!

We felt right at home at Tammy’s! Our toddler loved the space as well! I will suggest putting away any breakable decor that are on the decorative tables if you have kiddos staying with you to prevent knocking anything down. Tammy mentioned that we’re more than welcome to carefully place breakables on the top shelves of closets and putting them back before checkout. We did that and had no accidents! We wanted to swim at the indoor pool on a Saturday, but the indoor pool at the fitness center that’s part of the community was closed due to the lightning storm, even though the pool was indoors which was a bummer. So if you do plan on swimming at the indoor pool, I’d suggest calling before walking over to make sure they’re open because we genuinely didn’t think the rain outside would effect the indoor pool being closed. That’s nothing that has anything to do with how nice the Airbnb itself was though! Just a side note for those bringing along kiddos. Still 100% a 5 star stay!
