We loved Carrie’s place! The view was even more gorgeous than the listing photos. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze. Carrie was also extremely helpful and responsive. The condo is located right by all of the attractions in downtown Hot Springs and is a very short drive to Garven Woodland Gardens which was beautiful in the spring and definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait till we can visit again!

The condo was very nicely decorated and new. View of lake was great. Ryan responded quickly when I was having trouble locating the correct condo( the email send with instructions on the day of arrival was sent to my spam) Ryan was very helpful as I was running late for a meeting and needed in the condo. It was extremely quiet at the complex. The complex itself is not maintained very well. At first it was concerning but once we were in the condo and settled everything was really nice. The condo was as described and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Really good especially for the price.

Lovely, peaceful and quiet unit in beautiful surroundings. Very homey and cozy with beautiful decor. Christopher is a great host and very responsive. We truly enjoyed our problem free stay.

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

Kim has a beautiful well kept home on the lake. The clear and simple directions and instructions for arrival got my stay off to an excellent start. The quiet and private surroundings were peaceful and relaxing making for a great nights sleep.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

We took a short Spring Break trip to Hot Springs with our three pre-teen/teenage kids and the condo was perfect! It was relaxing and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our family.

Second time to visit and was just as perfect as last time.

I was looking for an enjoyable place that “fit” my family - 6 adults, 1 baby. This place was amazing! We had PLENTY of space, inside AND out with areas that accommodated everyone’s needs. The neighborhood is also beautiful, which we enjoyed walking each day. It’s not a far drive from the city of Hot Springs with lots to do there and in surrounding areas. Catherine is DEFINITELY a fantastic host who was so good at communicating with us both before and during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Everything was perfect, my husband and I travel a lot and have stayed at many air B&B’s. This one was beyond my expectations. Anyone who has stayed in an air B&B knows what I mean when I say “it’s not like home”. I truly didn’t feel that way here. Everything was so thought out. I had everything I wanted or needed. I was very impressed. The owner, Thomas was amazing and very responsive if I had a question. Thank you for trusting us with your property. It was perfection🥰

Loved it! House was very clean and smelled great when first walking in. Beautiful views of the lake, our kids loved fishing off the dock! Property is a very short drive from downtown Hot Springs, but is tucked away in a quiet area. Best of both worlds! Candace was very responsive and helpful, we will be returning!

Canary’s Nest was the perfect place for our family to get together for Christmas. We were able to have 4 couples and 4 kids under the age of 6. It was great to have a main house with plenty of room and then also a small guest house for some privacy. You can’t beat the location being so close to Garvin Woodland Gardens! We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with Overnight Digs was so easy and they responded to those issues quickly and efficiently!

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

Our group of eight we're right at home at Sara's place. situated on beautiful Lake Hamilton, with the deck overlooking the cove is just very relaxing. We had everything we needed and Sara and David were very responsive and informative. We appreciate them hosting us and hope to return sometime in the future.

Karen’s place was adorable—and much bigger than the pictures show. Lots of room! We appreciated the location…on the water and quick/easy access to Central which took us in to downtown in minutes. We want to come back when it’s warm to enjoy the lake!

Chris was an amazing host. Gave us updates on the property, was responsive when questions were asked, and very friendly. Would book another trip with Chris anytime.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

Martha’s condo was great! She was very friendly and gave easy-to-follow instructions on how to check in and check out. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and geese go by. All areas of the condo were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was the best we’ve had at a condo-large, clean, tall shower head, and great water pressure. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee variety. Highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. We took our 16 month old and it had plenty of space for him to run around and not get into things! The bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was the wifi was slow but we would stay again!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!
