Pablo and Enrique were great with their communication. Enrique was so helpful our flight got in super late and he took us to find tacos at 3am. We are so grateful with all their help to make the most of our time!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

la casa de Leticia cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para un grupo grande de personas. Está bien conectado a las calles principales y super tranquilo. Lo recomiendo si rentaste un coche ya que está retirado de la ciudad. El espacio es amplio, acogedor y bastante cómodo, lo genial es que se conecta directo a un mini super donde puedes hacer compras rápidas para antojos. La alberca es muy amplia y hay sillas cómodas para relajarse un rato en el exterior. recomendado ampliamente 👌

We loved our stay at Casa Arena! Christian was very kind with us and made us feel right at home! He gave us the recommend for Walgreens express to buy groceries and it is really a great option for a grocery store! The quietness and serenity of Casa Arena is wonderful, and you really can’t beat the location. Thank you Karla and Christian!

This is a great all around choice for your stay in Cancun! Extremely clean and spacious with great amenities. The location is great - right by all the action in the Hotel Zone, including the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Also located right behind to 2 great restaurants and a convenient store. All while maintaining a private feeling. Caty is a great host who responds to all questions and checks in to offer assistance. The security staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Sofia desde la primera vez que la contacte fue muy amable y accesible a responder todas las dudas que tenia antes de alquilar su casa. Cuando llegamos al inmueble todo fue muy claro para llegar y accesar al mismo, todas las dudas que tuvimos fueron resueltas de manera casi inmediata, el lugar estaba muy limpio, acogedor y tal cual ellas lo habían descrito. Si volviera a Cancún volvería a buscar este alojamiento, me quede muy complacida con el lugar, la casa y con Sofia.

Loved our stay at the very tranquil Marysol apartments close to Punta Sur and right on the beach. South west location on Isla Mujeres facing Cacun. Nice!! We enjoyed every minute and plan to return again. It was excellent that they allowed our dogs as well. Roberto who is the property caretaker / manager there was a blessing and took very good care of us for the 2 months we were there. So helpful, kind and and friendly. He kept the whole property so clean! Please don’t forget they have a beautiful pool besides a private beach!! The sunsets were amazing every evening. Loved their private beach so much! Want a tranquil stay in a beautiful location away from the tourists but, still close to restaurants and stores? Then Marysol is the perfect choice. A real gem for a peaceful vacation or long stay!

Close to the hotel zone and peaceful property. Loved our evening walks in the golf course behind Las Gaviotas.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und habe mich sicher gefühlt. Ein freundlicher Angestellter war immer vor Ort und hat sich um die Anlage gekümmert, den Pool täglich gesäubert... Nebenan ist ein leckeres Restaurant welches bis ca 22 Uhr geöffnet ist, danach ist alles bis zum nächsten Mittag ruhig. Den Strand hatte ich immer für mich alleine, keine Touristen, nur ein paar Kunden der Surf Schule die sich auch nebenan befindet. Alle dort sind sehr freundlich und ich hatte ebenfalls super Unterricht dort. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen da ich es super finde dass ich nur aus der Terrassentüre raus muss und direkt im schönen Sandstrand spazieren gehen kann, den Sonnenaufgang sehe und direkt Kitesurfen kann. Uber funktioniert ebenfalls suoer um von A nach B zu gelangen. Bis zum nächsten mal ! ☺️

Un lugar mágico, esa es la descripción correcta, es cómodo y es privado. Tiene temazcal y los servicios de masajes lo complementa a la perfección. Un cenote super cerca. Las cabañas están de primer nivel, limpieza, orden, espacio. La alberca es el plus, un chapuson y a continuar con las experiencias q te brinda el rancho. Comida y bebida exquisita. Y la anfitriona, es muy amable y esta al pendiente en todo momento, vale por completo lo que se paga y no dudaré en regresar pronto y llevar amigos y familia. Literal es una escapada del exterior con todas las comodidades para disfrutar y descansar.

What a cool jungle experience. The climate felt cooler than I thought it would be. Sirley is a great host and really tries hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good stay. The property is well looked after. I borrowed a bicycle from the property and wandered around the backroads of Central Vallarta. Cenote 7 Bocas was a quick bicycle ride away. But please remember, this is truly the jungle. Only nature lovers will enjoy this tranquil experience. Spider monkeys frequent the property, I stayed a week and they came 3 or 4 times. I met amazing people from all over the world there and they taught me a lot about local flora and fauna. Sirley is a great cook and provides cost effective meals with plenty of food. Thanks Sirley, you will see me again!

This was definitely the coolest place I've ever stayed! It is such a beautiful property with multiple natural pools. We really enjoyed exploring. Everywhere you turn there's a different animal. I saw a parrot, ducklings, geese, a peackock, turke, guineas, chickens, turtles, and even a caged crocodile. all the plants and foliage was beautiful too. The dome was a lot bigger than I had expected. It had a kitchen, bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a small upstairs floor complete with a bed and projector that we watched Netflix on. This place is secluded, so once you're here, I'd plan on not leaving. this wasn't a problem since they have their own cafe. the tuna and burger we had from there were yummy and seasoned well! and the margarita was also delicious and perfect to enjoy by the water. I can't recommend staying here enough! next time I'll have to get a massage and try the temaxcal seat lodge mayan ceremony.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Both Karen and Antonio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation to and from the Airbnb since we didn’t have a car. We especially enjoyed the private cenote and the proximity to many other cenotes along the main road. Overall an amazing experience, we are so happy to have stayed there!

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, la zona está muy apartada de puerto morelos y algo complicado de llegar. Aunque tuvimos que cancelar la reserva por un problema de mantenimiento en el lugar, el anfitrión entendió la situación sin problema.

The perfect peaceful getaway to relax and rejuvenate in the forest during a long journey! The surroundings are absolutely stunning and each treehouse and cabin is beautifully designed and constructed. It feels like you’re in a magical fairytale paradise with picturesque views everywhere you look. And the best host ever! Not only was he highly proactive in making sure his guests had all their needs met, drove us into town and cooked delicious food, but he treated us like family right from the start. We now have a new brother! Our only issue was not being prepared with how far away it is from everything, but that was our own mistake. I’d recommend having your own car and downloading an offline GPS app to easily find the place. We have learned this for next time…and there definitely will be a next time! We loved it so much!

A truly magnificent peaceful retreat in the jungle with wonderful people and delicious food! The cabañas are gorgeous, made of natural materials in traditional Mayan style, surrounded by jungle and nothing but the sound of insects at night. The details put into the place are beautiful and you feel very connected to the place. We saw a turtle, swam with frogs in the cenote, and watched numerous birds and butterflies! Julio and his wife, Elda, are incredibly kind and welcoming and make you feel at home. Lenny and Daniel helped one night with food and are also lovely people and fantastic cooks. The food is tasty and served in another beautiful location. It’s the jungle so be prepared for bugs, especially mosquitoes. The two cenotes (one above ground and one in a cave) are steps away from the cabañas and absolutely magical. A taxi into Puerto Moreles is 70 pesos and about 15 minutes. I was studying for an upcoming exam and the internet was fast and reliable. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Julio and Elda!
