This house is a great place to stay. We will be back for sure. We have friends and family that live near by. Fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby. This place was super clean. Updated. This is our 2nd time at the toasted toad cabin and highly recommend plus we will be back. The game room adds so much for your family to do together to just come here and relax. Family time is a priority and welcomed at this Airbnb…..the set up is amazing and the hosts are so attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The place is always so clean and stocked with toiletries that you don’t need to bring all the things you have to at hotels or other airbnbs. It’s nice to have laundry set up for when you are having a lengthy stay. It’s nice to have shampoo & body wash to not have to travel with those. Dishwasher in kitchen makes nice to not spend time washing dishes. The cupboards full of dishes so you aren’t eating off paper plates and plastic silverware. This place is great for a couple or a family! A place you must stay!

Even with cold, rainy weather, we still had the best weekend staying here! The cabin is so cozy with everything we needed, we felt right at home. Being right in the water was fantastic, especially enjoying the view from the hot tub on the colder days. If you're in the area I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Stacey’s place. Her home was very relaxing, a quick walk to the lake and dog-friendly—which is huge. Everyone in the area was friendly and respectful. We enjoyed spending time at the maplehurst dock, in the backyard at the bonfire pit under the tall trees and bistro lights, and relaxing inside playing games and watching shows. From s’mores ingredients and condiments to paper products and bath essentials, the house had all the extras that lots of other rentals ask you to bring. If you’re going to be staying during a hot week (above 80), we recommend bringing an extra fan for the main space. Otherwise, the windows kept the place cool and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved playing on the lake. There were more amenities than in the listing so if you aren’t sure if they have something then just ask! Ping pong in the garage was fun and we used the paddle boards.

Lovely home on Rose Lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Home has plenty of room for a family of 5 .(3 adults and 2 kids) The kiddos loves the hammock in the backyard by the water and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. A definite add to our favorites list. Will stay again and recommend to our other family when they stay up here.

This place was great. We went in the winter so we didn’t use the lake at all, but the house was beautiful and very clean and cozy and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful and even got us a snow shovel so we could make a path. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing cabin to stay at with friends and family! Also very beautiful view and close proximity to Kalkaska, Mi make it a great place for day trip exploring. Highly recommend!

Place was as described, was very clean and cozy.

This was our second time staying at Jennifer's place. We absolutely love it! It is perfect for our family of 4. A short walk down the driveway and you are at a park, beach, and fishing dock. The beach is great! The water is clear and no seaweed. My son and I caught small blue gills at the fishing dock, and my daughter loves the park. Also, be sure to check out The Depot (10 min walk) for ice cream and pizza! Well be back!

Wonderful stay over the weekend! Jerry was the most accommodating Airbnb host I have expirenced to date. Place was very nice and met all the needs of home. Plenty of room in the driveway for multiple snowmobile trailers. 5 star stay and I hope to be back again when in the area.

Great little cottage. Loved the location and the proximity to town. Everything we needed. Will definitely return hopefully when it isn’t cold and rainy so I can enjoy the beautiful screened porch and nice yard/firepit.

Kellie’s an amazing host made our check in easy and she was very accommodating even with us booking just hours before our last minute trip to go trail riding between us forgetting to pack coffee which she had covered with her nice selection of Keurig coffee cups and a fully stocked kitchen for any cooking needs, the beds are very comfy this cozy cabin makes you feel right at home

Great stay. We were there in winter and it met all of our needs. Nice to have the extra room with multiple beds. The place is not huge but living spaces were larger than living spaces we've stayed that cost more. Convenient to cross country skiing locations and lakes. Helpful hosts.

We have stayed there multiple times and Nicole is always a great host and the place is always very clean! Looking forward to staying again

We wish we could give Anita’s cottage more than 5 stars. My wife and I came to enjoy the wineries around Traverse City and the Fall colors. We decided to forgo staying closer to the wineries because Anita’s place gave us the feels. And boy did those feels deliver upon arrival. Anita’s place is stunning. The setting is perfect- you can’t beat walking out onto the beach with all the water toys you could want, adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and the sound of the lake. The interior is a real winner, too. Even better than pictured. We arrived to gifted wine and candies with a welcome card, which was a thoughtful touch. Correspondence was beyond quick and Anita was so nice we wished we could have met her. We’ve stayed in Airbnbs around the world and loved many of our stays, but this one is a gem.

Stayed at the cottage for 2 months in the middle of winter. Was very comfortable and got to meet my host when she came to drop off extra supplies and TV’s. We are a group of 3 disabled Vets and 2 emotional support animals moving across the country and Missy made us feel welcome and at home. She had great communication pre-booking too when I checked to ensure her place met our needs. Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen. Spent time watching the locals ice fishing. Friendly but not intrusive neighbors too. Ran into some while taking out the trash. We had a great stay and would definitely book this cottage again.

Katie the house was lovely, perfect for a weekend to relax and recharge. It did rain pretty much all day but there was enough to keep us entertained. We had dinner at Tipsy Bear in West Branch and it was phenomenal. Strongly suggest! We look forward to staying with you again

Wonderful little cabin on Chippewa Lake. The accommodations were great. The lake view and sunsets were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The place and property are beautiful, serene, and very clean. The area/homes leading up to the property had us confused for a moment, but once we arrived at the property, we were quite pleased. It was amazing walking into the home and seeing the view over looking the water. DeAnna’s place is neat and well put together with the amenities we needed. A great stay for a girl’s weekend!
