Only thing I didn’t like about the place was the drive way a little tight to pull into with bigger trucks but it was still really nice interior could of fit 10 people if you really wanted but loved the place would 100% come back n ride boho again! Place is amazing and has good places to eat near by

Great stay in Houghton. Close to the Tech trails and easy to get downtown. Cozy and clean home. Mike is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We came for a snowmobile trip and was exactly what description said, lots of room for parking, close to gas station and trail

This place is very warm and cozy, and in peaceful surroundings - great view of the lake. Well stocked with plenty of amenities. Wonderful hot water and the beds were comfy. Sherry was incredibly helpful and responsive and worked to get me some local suggestions. Their local history and familial connections was a bonus. We were there in height of winter (Feb.) would be curious to see it in summer as well.

Was a great place to stay to ride snowmobiles for a fairly large group. Would stay at again!

The house was clean, and in a covenant location. The views were beautiful. The house comfortably slept our 8 guests. Perfect winter get away.

It is truly a special place to stay. It's very nicely renovated with vintage cabin vibe. It is very clean house with spacious bathroom and enormous heated exercise room. Kitchen is like at grandma's house - everything what's needed for cooking is there, at the same time it's modest and minimalistic (no microwave, no coffee machine, no dish washer) which we liked very much, since it matched the vibe perfectly. The stairs to the second floor might be a real challenge for some people, but it was clearly mentioned in the listing. Second floor is not heated, but since we were only sleeping there, it worked out very well with enough warmth coming from the first floor. Our GPS got lost (we came at night in the snow storm), but the house is actually conveniently located near the main road, just in unexpected and slightly hidden driveway.

Great place to stay to get away. Clean, quiet, and perfectly placed. Jill was super responsive when I had questions. Will stay with Jill again for sure!

Daniel’s place was easily one of the best places we have stayed. It was beautifully decorated and we felt so at home! There was so many extra things provided for snow shoeing and a foosball table. There was an instruction manual available and very clear instructions. We really enjoyed the arctic entry way (from Alaska lol) so that’s what they are called, but catches snow and boots etc before entering the home. Everything we needed was provided included extra large towels and the pillows and beds/blankets were all so comfortable! It meets every need and want in a home away from home! Most airbnbs don’t meet every need like this one.

Clean & cozy! Love Pat’s grocery store next door. These are not remote cottages and in fact are adjacent to a large self storage complex. We stayed here because we had a fishing charter on Superior & needed a clean place to sleep the night before our fishing charter. If you are into cycling, hiking, want to drive up the lakeside to beaches & experience a UP trip, this is a great stop!

I highly recommend this property. The home is much more spacious than the photos suggest. It is hard to capture the charm in photos. Very comfortable. While it is a pet friendly place, it is so well cleaned and maintained - you would not know it hap pets previously. Put this on your bucket list!

This cabin is was super clean. Only about 3 miles from the snowmobile trails. We rode To Mt Arron, Big Bay, Houghton/Hancock, Marquette , and Lake of the Clouds. Awesome 800 miles. Super cool place! Grooming is the best in this area.

Super easy and quick place to stay in an RV before taking the ferry to Isle Royale. Just pulled into the spot, plugged in, and tucked in for the night.

If you ever had a lake cabin in the north, you will love this place. We had a blast swimming and catching bluegills off of the dock. We also enjoyed using the Jon boat and caught a large crappie trolling from the canoe. It was very peaceful and private, and the lake is quite beautiful. There was no gas grill but there is a large Weber grill. We used the hot dog forks to make S’mores over the fire pit.

Awesome little spot. Everything was clean and equipped with just about everything a person needs!
