ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ! I booked with them for my birthday weekend , got to do most of the activities they offered &’ it was worth it ! My boyfriend and I enjoyed every moment here , would definitely come back ! besides all the activities they have they’re communication with us was great , always made sure we were okay though our trip !

The view from the hot tub in this place is breathtaking The place itself is very clean and well-maintained . Definitely will stay here again! Only issue is all the windows out like shear covers so it’s pretty see-through, the back door leading to the hot tub has no cover on it so it’s just see-through glass to the back patio. Also, the hot tub is enclosed by bug screens which is nice, but definitely not private at all. All this place needs is some actual curtains over all the windows and doors , and some more of those pull down patio covers to be able to actually make the hot tub space private, and enclosed. But again, besides that stuff it’s amazing!! And you cannot beat the morning view from the hot tub !!

Our stay at April's place was exactly what my wife and I were looking for! It was quiet and peaceful. Very clean and comfy. It had just the right amount of stuff there to make it cozy but spacious. The private hot tub was great as well. We will definitely stay there again if we are passing through that area. Definitely a 10 out of 10 rating!!

This was a wonderful stay! Katie Beth was attentive and made this process super easy. Was able to get early check in, the home was clean and cozy! We loved the hot tub. My personal favorite part was the visits we got from the sweetest dog ever! She was the best! The land was beautiful, the animals were so cute! Hot tub was great. Everything was as pictured and expected. Very peaceful stay. We will be back!!!

Our family had an amazing time at the Ranch! The house was absolutely pristine, and we were so impressed with the variety of clean, well-kept toys available for the kids—they were entertained from the moment we arrived. The outdoor area was stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the ranch to see the animals. Meeting Louis Vuitton, the horse, was such a memorable experience—he’s truly a beauty! We also highly recommend the chef’s breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and added a special touch to our stay. Everything about this property was thoughtfully prepared, making it a perfect family-friendly getaway. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Gene was such a great host! Very friendly & generous. Cabin had an amazing view & was exactly what was photographed.. Loved the cooking grill area , also loved the fact the paddle boats & kayaks were accessible and the Bay Area that had a basketball court & other great games. Would highly recommend for a getaway! You may also spot deer in the area!

Beautiful place!! would recommend it to anyone trying to escape for a few days. Peaceful.

The property was beautiful and the sunrise was amazing! It has lots of family fun activities! Not to mention an outdoor kitchen area! Very family friendly! Dogs are welcome! WiFi is available and the red dirt road is worth the drive! Take what you need because you won’t want to leave!

This was home base for us while we were in town for the Polar Express at the Texas State Railroad. We loved the home and location, and the hosts were among the most thoughtful and attentive that we have experienced. Communication was quick and helpful, check in was easy, and they thought of lots of little extras for us to enjoy. There were cute Christmas decorations, including a tree, as well as some gifts for our toddler which he thoroughly enjoyed. The setting was family friendly, with the peaceful pastures, horses, and cute chickens and pigs. The hosts were kind enough to offer our little boy a chance to interact with the chickens and pigs, and he loved the sweet farm dogs and cat too. The home is cozy and well cared for, and we were very comfortable. It was a huge added bonus to have the "cookhouse" across the yard which we were able to use to cook some meals. Plenty of yard space for our toddler and dogs too. Close to a lot of attractions nearby - would definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful location, nice and quiet. Really cozy space and it was nice to have somewhere to cook. It was a bit difficult to find on maps but the host does a wonderful job telling you how to get there. Absolutely amazing stay especially for the price. Thank you again for the lovely weekend~

Definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The place was a very charming type of cabin with access to a lot of nature and paths to walk around. It was very peaceful and calm and exactly what we were looking for as far as a getaway from the city goes. The host, Terry, was very accommodating and easy to talk to. This is definitely a hidden gem type of place with a special charm to it and we’ll definitely be coming back again.
