Very nice place to stay, very clean and perfect for the 2-3 days that we planned for accommodation.

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be in the center of it all but still have some peace and quiet!!

Our visit was very comfortable. The unit is very cozy and a perfect stay for a couple. The owner is very sweet and quick to respond to questions. The view to the pool was a plus for us. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well. The decor makes the unit very cozy. We felt safe and private. Did not experience any noise from neighbors. This will be a favorite for us and will look to book again when we’re back in the area.

They went up and beyond for us. Hit in town several hours earlier and they let us get in house. We thank you for everything making our stay terrific.

Everything and then some!! We chose this spot because it was close to friends but didn’t realize until we got there it was a 5 minute walk which was perfect. Several food trucks nearby for food plus H-E-B is just down the street. Just outside the city but close enough to everything. One huge plus is there are seasonings and goodies when you arrive so you don’t have to spend a lot of extra cash to cook a simple meal.

Clean and comfortable home in great location. Coffee shop down the street and plenty of cute walkable spots, but quiet and pleasant street. Very communicative host, made everything easy.

The pictures listed inside the Home were Accurate and on Point 🤩. Coming in from Aldine Westfield the area is not so pleasant, although once arrive You will be surprisingly Pleased. Very nice setup not to Big not to Small just right 😉 for a Family getaway. The Patio is Cozy with just the right lighting. A big "Plus" Jose actually answers himself if there are any questions you may have 👍🏽👍🏽. My Family and I will most definitely be repeat Guess 💯.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

My family and I stay in air bnb's frequently in this area to see family. We do travel with littles newborn to teen. This was by far everyones favorite stay. The home had character which my kiddos and I loved. They also had a game table and board games available, this was great for down time. I like to cook while traveling to stay and they had all that was needed. It felt very clean and I was able to relax when we arrived. They were extremely responsive and helpul especially when I requested an early check in, theh did not hesitate to be helpful in any way. This was again my familys favorite stay, we will definitely be booking again for our next visit!

The home was just as pictured and was a perfect fit for our whole group. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

This was by far the best AB&B that I've ever stayed in. The pictures fail it. So many details and amenities I feel like a traveler stocked it. Easy walk to so much in the area. I was there for a few months and while happy to finally go home, was sad to leave. If you are going to the Kemah area stop reading this and book it!

this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in... everyone was super nice and responsive. it was furnished very nice and decorated with lots of pictures and stuff to make it truly feel like a home.

Wonderful space! Beautifully decorated and had everything you could ever need in it! Checkout instructions were clear and host was responsive to my messages. It really felt so cozy like home! Definitely would come back!
