We were in and out but the cleanliness and privacy of the space were beyond expectations. A perfect little resting spot in Arnold!!

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

My husband and I and our two big dogs stayed at Rani's place for a month while house-shopping. We both work remote, and it was the perfect temporary home for all of us: it's an extremely quiet, bucolic area that's a quick drive into town and grocery stores, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook meals, the wifi was very fast (great for multiple zoom calls at once), and the apartment felt spacious and bright. Rani also went out of her way to make us comfortable: she left fresh flowers and a welcome gift for us, lent us her dog toys and some moving equipment, let me use large amounts of her herbs from her garden for cooking, was always friendly and responded rapidly when we had questions, offered to bring down a second office chair, and made us feel immediately at home. I highly recommend Rani's either for a quick trip to Frederick or if you need a temporary home and want to be much more comfortable than in a hotel (especially if you have dogs).

Nataliya was an incredibly responsive and hospitable host, before and during our stay. There were three of us and two dogs, so she made she we understood the size of the space so we were comfortable. she was flexible with our move-in, letting us move up a few hours. The property is in a nice neighborhood, also close to the water, which would have been particularly nice had we stayed in the summer. House itself is cute and very well kept. More than suitable for a small family for a short period of time. Had a very nice outdoor area for pets and hanging out. Had a great time and couldn't recommend this host and her home more!

Wonderfully relaxing and private location! Excellent communication and ensured we felt safe while traveling. We loved the welcome fruits and breakfast goodies. Fantastic coffee selection and lovely fresh flowers in the room. Local wine gift was a hit!

Brandon and Ashley’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend’s and my 3-year anniversary! The water views and easy water access made for such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We loved sitting by the water, trying our hand at fishing, and enjoying a fire by the beach. Even though it rained during our stay, everything was just as perfect as promised in the description. We really appreciated the option to order from Grubhub, UberEats, and DoorDash, but what we loved even more was being able to try new recipes together in the full kitchen. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you, Brandon and Ashley, for an amazing stay! ❤️

It was the perfect place for our long weekend in DC - close enough that we could walk to everything [or a short metro away], but still got some peace and quiet after the long days back at the air bnb!

This was an experience that we will be remembering for a long time. Walking into the house, we were just taken away by how beautiful and welcoming the house was. It was very spacious and lovely all around and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful stay in Alice's guest house. The house was in a quiet location, nicely decorated, clean, bright, and full of nice little welcoming touches. Perfect for our Spring Break visit to DC.

Chris’ place was very nice. Clean, bright (lots of windows) and had all the needed amenities. Comfortable bed and good heating throughout. Street parking was always available. Location was convenient for me, given family close by. Unfortunately, the hot water system was broken during the first part of my stay….after some back and forth with Chris, he had the tankless hot water system replaced. It worked fine after that, but that fix was almost 1.5 weeks into my stay. I was a little disappointed that he did not offer a discount or some other compensation for my inconvenience (he did offer the opportunity to shower in a different space in the basement of his home in front of the Airbnb).

This place was absolutely spotless and was in walking distance to so many great places in DC. Alexander's check-in instructions were very clear and concise, providing everything we needed for our stay. If we ever need a DC getaway again, we're definitely booking this place!

We enjoyed our stay in Ellen’s quaint Cottage at Merryland Farm. Surrounded by rolling hills, grazing horses, and stables as far as you can see; Merryland Farm is surprisingly close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping centers with anything you may need during your stay. Ellen left the door open for us to get settled and stopped by to meet us shortly thereafter. She was responsive to our questions prior to check-in day and welcoming upon arrival. The cottage is a collage of old and new decor tastefully pulled together to create a cozy home away from home. Walls are adorned with photographs from the farm and shelves flanking the fireplace have a nice collection of books and a few farm-themed toys for children. I enjoyed the complementary tea selection as our stay was during a particularly frigid week.

I travel to the Annapolis to visit my Mid at the Naval Academy often and enjoyed staying at this affordable location. It is in close proximity to everything and the cottage was just what was needed for a comfortable weekend visit. I will definitely check for availability the next time I’m in town.

Came in from North Carolina for first time in Annapolis and was a great location to the Navy football stadium. Walking distance to great food and local stores. Linda has a great place and was very nice to chat with coming and going from the property. 10/10 stay!

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This was a great property! Just what we needed! some peace and quiet while dealing with a loss.

Candace was extremely helpful the entire time we were there. she even put out a sheet pan and aluminum foil because I asked if they were available for kitchen use! Be careful to enter the correct side. We didn't and I got muddy shoes! OOPS! No big deal, though.

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

Farida’s Garden Suite was extremely comfortable and convenient for my purposes. I felt right at home in a beautiful setting with everything I needed for my stay.

We would choose Sally’s place again because of the welcoming hosts’ attention to detail, quiet house and neighborhood that provide a respite from travel and seeing the nearby sites. Beautiful natural lighting bounces through the cathedral ceiling space. We look forward to booking this site again!
