Great place for single person visit. Very clean., had all amenities, very easy to find out and a great convenient location. I had earlier booked the bigger place the host has in the same property which was also awesome. Since that was booked, I have booked this one and was equally satisfied. Anyone looking for a convenient , clean place in south Calcutta can opt for this one. Thanks for being an awesome host .

Dev da is a friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful host. He provided us with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay — from the best route to take, nearby attractions, dining options, and drop-off points, to every other helpful detail, all carefully curated and shared in advance. He even came to pick us up from the station. The place was exactly as described — peaceful, clean linens and washroom, and equipped with all basic amenities. I highly recommend staying at his place.

Really enjoyed our four nights at Christina’s apartment. One thing that stood out in particular was the thoughtful “starter” kit of groceries that included eggs, butter, milk , bread and cookies. Great a|c’s throughout the house that kept things cool when we came home for a little break from discovering the city. It was handy to have a washing machine for our laundry. What would have been handy were a couple of extra plug points to charge computers etc. Thank you, Christina for your kind hospitality. Will definitely stay with you if we are back in Kolkatta.

What an incredible experience. Rabindra Sarobar Lake is just 4 minutes walking from the place and we had a lovely morning walk there. Avik's downtown penthouse apartment was lovely - I loved the terrace. The rooms were so nicely kept and Avik was a gracious host. I would definitely recommend this place, if you want to live in the heart of South Kolkata.

Nice, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Kolkata. This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area in Lake Town Road, Kolkata. Just as described, this apartment in a friendly residential neighborhood in Lake Town Road. The apartment is very big, and it has all the necessities for a short or long stay for families (bed, fridge, hot shower, kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, Wi-Fi, large drawing room, balconies, elevator, security guard, etc.). The neighborhood is nice, and easy walking distance to lake, parc, metro, and markets. As other reviewers have mentioned, keep in mind that the Bikramjit is easy communicable and pretty caring. The host was flexible in changing his time to meet us at the last minute. His apartment was clean and had all of the listed amenities. So, the apartment is best for family, couple even individual. We would recommend this apartment to those seeking a good value apartment and great host in Kolkata! We were form Montreal, Canada for a long trip. Bikramjit hosted us for four and half months and we were very happy and satisfied. Specially my ten years old son loved and bothered Bikramjit a lot. We would stay here again! Thanks for everything dear Bikramjit. We can't thank you enough for all that you have done for us. Good bless you with his grace.

Your flat is excellent. You were superb 5 star super-hosts. I loved the 2 caretakers monitoring the gate. The young lady running the little shop downstairs - my ever reliable duck egg supplier. So close to everything. So easy to find. Uber drivers and Zomato delivery men had no trouble finding it. Everything I wanted or needed was in some drawer somewhere in one of the rooms. Trash bags aplenty. Paper Clips, cello tapes, incense sticks, sockets and adapters - one thinks it, one finds it! Like tiny miracles. And then you had your library! Oh what a rich and eclectic collection of fiction and non-fiction, in English and in Bengali in one small tight little library. Beautiful-wonderful-memorable-and eclectic: a neat little package of bliss tucked away in Gol Park, walking distance to the lakes, swim clubs, sky high cafes, fishmongers and booksellers. Revisits penciled in on my calendar!

I did the booking for my son, his wife and her mother, their 1 year old daughter and my wife. It was the first time India visit for my daughter in law and her mother. So, we were little concerned. But, Roshan has met all my expectations. On top of that, Joy the care taker was extremely helpful and was on top of taking care of the family. Even the security guy was very nice to accommodate late night arrivals. They do deserve a lot of appreciation and I do expect the future tenants will enjoy the place and reward them.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at TRB. The host and the staff were so very helpful, it was really appreciated! The cafe they have is brilliant, we had lovely breakfast and they were very accommodating when we needed an early breakfast organised due to a day trip to Sundarbans. The whole building has been renovated very tastefully and the apartment itself was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed for longer! We really enjoyed the space and it was great to sit out on the terrace in the evenings. Can't fault our stay.. hoping to be back soon some day :)
