4th time we stayed in this comfortable and nice flat. We feel home, happy and relax. Needless to say we like it a lot and hope to be back again! The owner is great as well.

Wir waren das zweite mal ihr Gäste und für uns ist es wie ein nach Hause kommen. Wir fühlen und dort wohl, geniessen immer wieder den tollen Ausblick. Lucksamon ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

部屋は清潔で綺麗です。道路を挟んで向かい側に大きなショッピングモールがありとても便利です。 海も目の前でプールから直ぐにいけます。 スタッフの方々も皆さん感じが良いです。 チェックインやチェックアウトも柔軟に対応してくれました。 オーナーも質問には直ぐに返事をくれます。 次回もまたここに滞在したいです。

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen, wir lieben dieses Apartment und die tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Für uns der ideale Ort für einen tollen entspannten. Urlaub. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in fußläufiger Nähe Trotzdem empfehlen wir einen Fahrzeug -Motorroller zu mieten , damit kann man die weitere Umgebung erkunden und Einkäufe machen. 7/11 ist nicht weit Das Condo war kaum gebucht und wir waren praktisch immer allein am Pool. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist phantastisch, auch dort trotz Hochsaison kaum Menschen, nur ab und zu Spaziergänger. Freie Auswahl Pool oder 10 Meter weiter das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, wie Ersatzbatterien, Ersatz-Glühlampen etc . Eine Box mit Schokolade und Chips stand bei Ankunft auch bereit Das WLAN hatte technische Problem und war sehr langsam . Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut Hervorragend ist auch der tolle direkte Blick aus das Meer und den Strand, wenn man das Fenst

Great location and views and really nice apartment with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent value accommodation. We absolutely loved our stay.

Le séjour chez Jürgen s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux et très calme comparativement à la taille du bâtiment. La plage à proximité immédiate n'est pas vraiment pratique au vu des marées. La piscine est sympa et peu fréquentée. Le logement est légèrement excentré mais tout est néanmoins très facilement accessible par les navettes songthaew ou par scooter. Immédiatement à la sortie du condo se trouvent un supermarché Makro ainsi qu'un des 14.832 7eleven de Thaïlande 😃. A une exception près, tout le personnel du condo est adorable, jardinier, staff sécurité, cleaning ladies. La communication avec Jürgen est très fluide et c'est un hôte très sympathique chez qui nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very nice villa - we were only two couples but it would happily accommodate four - all bedrooms and bathrooms good size . Pool good size and great temperature . We liked location 20 mins out of Hua Hin- much preferred the local quiet beaches - easy to access by tuk tuk or Bolt: Grab and both very cheap. Local supermarket and beauty salon etc. Very happy with and really enjoyed the four nights here . Pinup restaurant on nearby lake and Annelise beach bar both good . Found Hua Hin a bit hectic so were pleased to be outside .

We had one of our most favorite stays at Michael's villa. The pool worked great, AC kept us chill, walking distance to practically anything we required. There are two restuarants on this street. the one closest to the beach has a great cappuccino for a morning coffee and their American breakfast is good. The restuarant closest to the villa has amazing Thai food at a very affordable price, surprisingly the best French fries we've eaten so far in thailand. Joy was an added bonus and did a daily tidy up for us! Would I reccomend: Yes!

This is a fantastic place to stay and unwind! The home is beautifully maintained, and every detail is thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The host goes above and beyond with exceptional care and outstanding communication, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

It's our second time in the Lena's house. As every time everything is perfect. Just a small leak in the living room but nothing important. Lena give us all necessary assistance and friend of her, who lives close to the house is very helpful. We appreciated the sharing pool. The place of the house is close to the beach and center of Hua Hin by walk. Laundry is possible 50 metters from Lean's house. All is made to enjoy your time.

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

Aleksei was a great host, communicating clearly and effectively throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless, and the security guards at the front were really friendly. The apartment was in great condition, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The studio was spotless and the bed was comfortable, however the pillows were a bit too high for my liking. The location was really quiet, allowing us to sleep in and have a peaceful stay. It did get a little warm at night, so we used the air conditioning occasionally. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Aleksei!

Fantastic apartment and location. Nice lagoon style swimming pool which staff are constantly cleaning. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Great to have the use of a washing machine. Good Wi-Fi . We’ve loved our stay so much we’ve booked to return.

The communication from this host was a definite 5/5. AJ was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was clean and felt like HOME. The view was beautiful. Although there aren’t many walkable places, the peace and serenity of this area made up for it. There are a few restaurants along the beach, but not many. Would 100% stay again. Thanks AJ!

Had an extended stay at this beautiful, peaceful, secluded and serene location. It offers the best of what I was seeking i.e. tranquility, quality of life and ease of mind. The apt. is located on the 5th. floor with a wrap around balcony so you'll enjoy sunrise over the ocean in the west and sunset over the mountain in the east. You are surrounded by forest but on the 5th. floor you are high enough to be well above the canopy with unrestricted views. The building staff is really friendly, efficient and responsive. They will prove cleaning services of the apt., washing clothes (laundry). Everything is returned washed, folded and neatly packed. There is a big swimming pool in the garden and access to the beach based on tides. All domestic needs of food and supplies can be met by using apps (Grab for food delivery, groceries, transportation) and Lazada for everything else (Nespresso pods etc.).

I had an amazing stay at this condo. Everything was great and the condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

This is a great place to stay right by the beach in Hua Hin and highly recommended. The condo is spacious and spotlessly clean with a pleasant outdoor seating area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen /living room had everything we needed for a relaxing week by the sea. The swimming pool is huge and the beach/waterfront are just a few steps away, and there are plenty restaurants, markets and a mall within easy walking distance. In addition, Friedhelm was a great host who personally greeted us on arrival and was always responsive.
