I have just returned from a 1 week stay at this fabulous condo in Cha Am close to Hua Hin. I really enjoyed every part of my stay including the quality of the accommodation and also the location. The condo was perfect for myself as a solo traveller and I could imagine staying there with my partner too. The condo felt very new and well appointed and its perfect to relax by the beach or to explore the wider Hua Hin area. The condo is part of a complex of other properties and the great surprise was that I was able to use the facilities all around. This included a luxury spa for paid services and treatments, several swimming pool (no extra charges), an amazing beach with an incredible beach side restaurant. Honestly, I was blown away. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange several things and check in and out was very easy. I have already booked my return 2 week stay later this year!

Fantastic Airbnb Stay Near Hua Hin Beach! The location couldn’t be better—just a short 5-minute walk to Khao Takiab Beach and the pier for ferries to Pattaya. You’re also only steps away from a 7-11 and Tops Mart, with a local bus stop nearby to easily get into town. The room was clean, quiet, and located on a high floor with a beautiful view. It even had a safety box, which was a nice touch. The mix of modern and Thai design made it feel unique and inviting. The property itself was fantastic, offering top-notch facilities like 24/7 security, a gym, a swimming pool, and plenty of parking. The host was super friendly and helpful, giving me great tips for exploring the area. Everything about the stay felt seamless and stress-free. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this is a perfect spot for solo travelers, couples, or families. Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic location between two night markets (best if visiting over a weekend to enjoy the cicada market). Walkable to the beach, and centrally located around many of the great spots in huahin. The development itself, including the pool, were also great amenities.

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Hua Hin was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property that exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had one of our most favorite stays at Michael's villa. The pool worked great, AC kept us chill, walking distance to practically anything we required. There are two restuarants on this street. the one closest to the beach has a great cappuccino for a morning coffee and their American breakfast is good. The restuarant closest to the villa has amazing Thai food at a very affordable price, surprisingly the best French fries we've eaten so far in thailand. Joy was an added bonus and did a daily tidy up for us! Would I reccomend: Yes!

Aleksei was a great host, communicating clearly and effectively throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless, and the security guards at the front were really friendly. The apartment was in great condition, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The studio was spotless and the bed was comfortable, however the pillows were a bit too high for my liking. The location was really quiet, allowing us to sleep in and have a peaceful stay. It did get a little warm at night, so we used the air conditioning occasionally. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Aleksei!

Nice, clean and airy apartment on 15th floor, with amazing views to the sea and surroundings. Although bedrooms are on a smaller side (as well as the beds), living room is spacious and bright. Very good space for both relaxation and work, most part of the time it is very quiet around. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well stocked including convenient air cooker. You would need a car or a motorbike here, there is not much around in walking distance. Blu Diamond complex itself is also well maintained and secure, good gym and nice swimming pool, both are usually not busy. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cory is a great host, friendly and ready to help and solve guests requests.

Hi, We had a lovely long weekend holiday at Lalin Condo. Everything was just as promised. Its a Quiet complex so good for a relaxing holiday. Staff were very nice and Lalin was instantly responsive to a couple of minor issues and they were fixed within hours. Khao Takiab area is our favorite area in Hua hin. The Complex is beautiful and on the beach. 7/11/CJ Express supermarket are about 10 mins walk and there a few lovely local restaurants right beside the complex. TV has some good cable channels for movies etc. Highly recommend for relaxing , quiet getaway. Thanks , will come again N and Family

Our 2nd visit to this fantastic apartment. Cannot praise it highly enough and Bongkotchakorn is a superb host. The apartment is close enough to bars and restaurants, but is quiet and away from the noisy parts of Hua Hin. Everything stated on the profile is very accurate. Many thanks for letting us stay a 2nd time.

I had a lovely stay at this unit! This was my second time staying at the premise, but my first time staying in this particular unit, and it was just what I was hoping for. The location is fantastic - so close to the beach and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The host was wonderful, very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I really appreciated her hospitality. I'm already looking forward to coming back and staying here again in the future with my friends!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great, small but most are in this area, comfortable bed, nice to have our own washing machine. great location, easy walk to both tamarind market and cicada market, like a food court, with loads of chooses, big C and tops market were really close for buying beer and water and other grocery items. Easy walk to beach with the road right beside hotel. Pool was very big and a lot of families with young children. Not enough loungers for everyone, but we made it work.

Had a great stay at Por's well equipped apartment. Very well situated with rhe beach only a couple of minutes walk away, plus 2 night markets also very close by. The green/baht bus stops at the top of the road so access into town is very easy. Por is a very good host and answers any querys promptly. Will stay again.

I'll start with the cons, because there aren't many of them: - the internet is not very fast and also blocks several sites, it was fine to work, but watching movies on the laptop was difficult; - the TV definitely needs an update, it is small, without smart TV, and even just watching TV channels on a scratched screen turns into torture; - there is nothing around except two expensive restaurants and one store without alcohol (because it is at a gas station), but this is obvious when booking, so it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. Now the pros: - very clean apartment, good water pressure from the shower, nice bed linen, comfortable long pillow and several towels to choose from; - condo is really good, pool is big and empty, but very clean, good gym and friendly stuff; - you can easily order a food delivery from apps; - condo almost empty, so there was no noises around; - two AC do a great job; - big and empty beach; - and, of course, the owner is super friendly!
