This is an apartment hotel with a good location. A very big and good bed in a nice room and a nice bathroom to. The cleaning is very professional and everything works well. It is very good value for money, especially if you like to live between Black Mountain Golf and Hua Hin Center. I actually stayed here for almost 3 weeks, so I liked it. It's not so far from Big C shopping. There is a fantastic Laundry just west of Addera, just before the petrol station. It is a very safe area and everybody leaves there helmets on their scooters during nights, no risk for stealing here.

Прекрасное расположение, бассейн очень хороший, есть детский, в тренажёрном зале беговые дорожки, велотренажер, гантели, рядом магазины, жарят знаменитые тайские блинчики и продают фрукты. Рядом пляж поинтереснее чем городской, лежаки платные, до маршрутки 5 мин пешком по дороге кафешки и массажи. Сам город и именно это место нам очень понравились!

The room was exactly as described, and located around 25 minutes walk / 5 minutes scooter ride away from Sitjaopho Muay Thai, which was the main reason for my visit. Cafes nearby and another gym / leisure centre a 2 minute walk away. AC worked great and it was nice and peaceful away from the busier areas of Hua Hin but still and easy scooter or grab ride into the main town.

Convenient, cozy appartment in a modern complex right at the beach! We booked 12 nights with our two younger children and all expectations were met. Host is great and helpfull. Several restaurants, 7-Eleven and cafes are within walking distance; for everything else we booked transfers via app. Would stay here again.

The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need, just like being at home. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants, while being peaceful and comfortable to live in. The owner of the room gives a lot of necessary advice and is quick to contact for inquiries. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kunyanut's condo. The mountain view, complex facilities, and the well-appointed space truly made it feel like home. The convenience of having two mini-marts just outside the complex was a fantastic bonus, and we loved the wide selection of excellent restaurants only a short walk away. A special recommendation: be sure to try Three Chefs and Pizzadore during your stay! Plus, the beach is just a quick stroll from the condo. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

Tres bon sejour a Maleesa Place. Excellent emplacement a Hua Hin - chambres propres et confortables. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. J' y retournerai certainement.

We stayed for just over 5 weeks and loved every minute of our stay - great host with a really nice peaceful apartment which had everything we needed and felt like a home from home . Location is amazingly close to beach and the night markets as well as a short walk to the shopping malls . We were sad to leave and will definitely return . I would have no hesitation in recommending you book this apartment .

Nice Place. Quite far from town so transport essential. clean and tidy. double bed was very comfy! bunks not quite so.

I enjoyed my stay here and felt super relaxed after my daily rounds of golf. The room is perfect and spacious for single adults or even a couple but may be a bit tight for families with children. The kitchen has all the tools to cook a meal but there are so many great restaurants and cafes nearby that it wasn’t used much. There’s enough parking and there’s so much to do if you are bored. I’d love to return soon. Thank you!

Had a great stay, only needed to contact host once with question as was very quick response. Location is good, can walk to beach, baht bus outside entrance. The area is clean, nice swimming pool. Recommend stay here.

We had an amazing stay here - it is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom is big, comfortable bed, beautiful living area with tv, well equipped kitchen, great balcony. The room we had booked was not available when we arrived, so we were upgraded to one with a rooftop jacuzzi for no extra money. The resort is simply breathtaking - the sunsets are beautiful, the staff are friendly and the pool is probably the biggest that I have ever seen. We weren't too sure what the electricity and water would cost - we stayed a week, we didn't use the aircon much and our bill came to just under 500 baht - which we thought was really reasonable. The resort has a restaurant and bar which all looks amazing at night when it's all lit up. We took some lovely walks in the area and found a little fruit and veg seller just down the road as well as a couple of other little cafes and a small shop.

Appartement conforme au descriptif, proximité de la plage et quelques bons restaurants en bord de mer. Bumbum nous a organisé une arrivée parfaite, fluide et précise (2H30 en taxi au départ de Bangkok). L'appartement était très propre et de nombreux jouets étaient disponibles pour notre fils de 6 ans. Mais le gros avantage de cet endroit sont les piscines, nombreuses, grandes et propres. Un immense espace de jeu pour enfant est aménagé dans l'une d'elle avec toboggans, jet d'eau et autres...idéal pour les parents qui veulent se reposer un peu et notre fils s'est énormément amusé dans ces piscines. Complexe un peu éloigné du centre mais mis à part un night market pas grand chose à faire à Hua Hin pour les familles. Possibilité de faire ses courses juste en face du batiment, ATM également dispo. En revanche le samedi et le dimanche un très beau marché (le Cicada market) a lieu à 300 mètres du complexe. A noter que nous y étions en basse saison (Aout 2023)

We stayed in Bella’s place for a month. We enjoyed our stay there, Bella and Li were very responsive. The condo is clean, it is quite compact but has everything needed for a month’s living. The property management is very good with good security. We felt very safe staying there. Location is fine with access to green buses and within walking distance to Blueport, has a couple 711’s. On the whole it is a good experience.

Very good place to stay. It's far from the city centre (about 15 minutes). But there are "mini-buses" which coasts only 15 baht. The condo is great, service is good. Changing bedsheets, electricity and water are quite cheap. Thanks for the owner, she asked to fix the air con, and workers did it very fast. I recommend.

Bon emplacement, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Proche des supermarchés ( market village et bluport) air conditionné dans le salon et chambre très efficace. Bon wifi et emplacement très calme.
