很棒 泳池讚 星空讚 廚房設備讚 如果有洗碗機更讚 住閣樓會非常赤裸 整個家講話閣樓聽得一清二楚。三月底入住晚上還是很冷 但是有毛毯跟暖氣，白天閣樓會熱到38度飄出桑拿的木頭味哈哈 有泳池很消暑 主人回覆很快速很好

優點：很舒適，就是早期花蓮一陣子流行的雙拼二層樓房，磨石子地，有前院和小後院的那種。住起來很放鬆，尤其特別喜歡老沙發和大桌子，可以待上一整天都很舒服。外面庭園雖有蚊蟲，但點個蚊香也就沒事。 缺點：真要說有什麼不好，就是老房子共同的缺點，一樓的管線問題。浴室會有從下水道傳上來的味道，個人覺得房東已經很盡力想要解決這個問題的，但管線不是單戶的問題。水壓正常來說很大，但可能也會變小，因為我住了兩天，兩天水壓不同。但不會到很小，還是很夠用的。

Booking this place is worth the price! The host is friendly, the place is spacious and private. Also, it's very close to Ji'an station so, it's very convenient. Had our best time in Hualien, staying here is one of the reasons why. Will definitely come back!

WOW what a stay! Henry and his family have a beautiful home. We were able to use the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors—Henry and his wife (whose name is slipping my mind :( ) lived on the 2nd floor, and Granny on the first floor in a room on the side. The 3 rooms on the 3rd floor are AWESOME and the 4th floor room is very quaint and the beds are comfortable. Awesome kitchen. Beautiful rooms and architecture. Nice views. Park a minute's walk away. Markets and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The Hualien Night Market a 5-10 minute cab ride, tops. I stayed with 13 other friends from my school who wanted to stay in downtown Hualien for 2 nights for New Year's. I did not know a lot of them very well—my mistake. Although I tried my best to remind the group to be respectful, I think our group ended up being a lot noisier and messier than I'd hoped. But Henry and his family handled any discomforts we caused so kindly and impressively. We watched TV and talked late at night (and most did not pay attention to volume). We were messy in the kitchen, even after cleaning up. We created lots of waste—food scraps, containers, bottles, cans. We even CLOGGED THEIR SINK. Henry helped us unclog it. I was so embarrassed. Long story short, I think my group was undeserving of Henry's hospitality. Henry and his family are so, so kind. They shared coffee and food with us, let us use their kitchen, drove us to the supermarket, even drove a couple of our guests home. I am so grateful for how comfortable they made our weekend. If you go, be nicer than my group. They deserve it! Their home is very beautiful, they want you to be comfortable, and you would be lucky to stay there.
