The property met all our expectations and more. Big open space property, very private and peaceful. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Great location, with shops, restaurants, cafes and stores within a short walk. The property is very well maintained, I couldn’t fault it at all. This was my first stay, but certainly won’t be my last… simply lovely

I am not so fond of writing but I still wonder why this property don't have golden leaves i request airbnb please consider this, really was an amazing stay fell like home.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a really good time at the villa. It was well appointed and made for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the loud construction in neighbouring buildings which was annoying early mornings, and when we were outdoors in the pool area during the day.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It was super cozy, spotlessly clean, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, always nice and well-kept. Every room felt fresh and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya in the future. Honestly, I’m already looking forward to booking it again for my next trip!

Very nice house in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The house is located between outskirts of Pattaya city and Jomtien in a gated community. The area is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen this house is perfect for a family vacation. For transport, groceries and food delivery I recommend using Grab. It's a responsive and affordable solution. No need to rent a car. Ece is a great and helpful host that has responded fast to any inquiries. The house was cleaned every other day by friendly women. I had a great time and hope to come back to this place soon

The house is little faraway from hotspot (around 25-30 mins walk to beach) but worked well for us, grab was easily available so no issue with the location. it's beautifully decorated and loved the bed/pillows and amenuties such as fridge, TV etc. the house is small but big enough for 4 people and was cozy. The only point was the size of the pool - it's smaller than how it looked in the photo (perhaps 2m length). it's more for taking a dip or hangout with friends with a drink but not for swim and chill. Plus finding the house number was little confusing at first as the number is not visible though it's right next to entrance. however the host was very responsive so wasn't a big deal.

这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

新房子设施也都很新，在别墅区，很安静，出门去哪里都方便，我们到的时候很晚了，房东特意让阿姨过来接待。小朋友很喜欢玩泳池，水很干净

房东人很好，周边设施也很好。只有一个问题就是这边流量网不太好，没有wifi，不过还是一次非常良好的住宿体验，非常感谢！ 卫生：满分 沟通：满分 独特亮点：泳池和海很好
