My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

if you look at the other reviews you will see that this place is very big and excellent value for money. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. I would definitely book here again. Thank you.

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

I have been here several times already and will book here again if I come back to Pattaya. The friendly host, clean room, and amenities were all perfect.

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

What a fantastic apartment! Very clean and comfortable with the most amazing view from the balcony/terrace of the sunset over the marina and beach. Incredible! Excellent and very friendly communication from Bm throughout our stay. Couldn’t have been better. Will 100% get in touch with Bm next time we take a drive down to Pattaya for a few days. 首先Jonathan是一个非常热情友好的房东，在门口等待我们进入房源，并且愿意提供帮助。房源的地理位置非常不错，你可以找到人很需要的饭店、便利店、酒吧。步行可达商场。楼下就有租摩托车，会更方便。房源内部安静，没有吵闹声，睡得也非常不错。总之是个完美的房源，完美的房东，感谢Jonathan🫡

Yen ist ein sehr netter und lieber Gastgeber / Vermieter. Hatten meine Frau oder ich ein Anliegen, oder irgendwelche Fragen, wurde sofort darauf reagiert und praktisch geholfen. Durch einen Unfall mit dem Motorbike war meiner Frau leider die ersten 4 Wochen an einem Rollstuhl gebunden. Anfänglich wollten wir auch den Urlaub sofort abbrechen. Da aber das Apartment als auch die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick sehr viel Platz hatte und meine Frau jeden Winkel dieser hübschen Wohnung mit den Rollstuhl erreichen konnte, entschieden wir uns zu bleiben. Es war auch die beste Entscheidung für uns. Durch das Klima , die traumhafte Anlage und Umgebung, ist meine Frau relativ schnell genesen. Die ganze Atmosphäre-Stimmung drumherum kann man als ein vollkommenen Herzen und seelenfrieden beschreiben. Die goßflächige ruhige Anlage mit einem riesen Swimmingpool ist sehr sauber und gut bewacht. Das Sicherheitspersonal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. KURZ..., WIR KOMMEN WIEDER :-))

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

체크인도 간편하고 숙소주변에 모든걸 갖추고 있어서 게스트가 편리하게 생활 할수 있는것 같습니다. 개인적으로 31층에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

If you are into all the attractions the city has to offer, then this location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants, bars, interesting street life and variety of things to do. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the view over the city and water helps get bearings for unfamiliar surroundings as well as being simply beautiful, especially sunrise in the morning. The cleaner always did an amazing job and made the place feel like a home more than merely a room! Zoe was a pleasure to deal with. Always very responsive, helpful and flexible. I was there for nearly two months so things will invariably come up from time to time over that timespan. I have no reservations in recommending this accommodation for those that want to experience the nightlife, variety of culinary options and street activity that makes Pattaya/Thailand such a unique and special place to visit.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
