My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Beautiful place to stay not far from New York city, clean house, very responsive. My Family enjoy our stay there!! Highly recommended 😀😀

Jose’s Airbnb in NJ was perfect for a short weekend to NYC. It took us roughly 20 min to get to the city. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, there was plenty of space, nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We also were conveniently close to American Dream Mall and a bunch of Latin restaurants/bakeries. 10/10 recommend all of them, especially Bistro Taino 🇵🇷🤩🤩 We will definitely be back!

Denia, is a great host. Everything was great, we had a great time. The accommodations were as described, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near NYC.

This was an excellent stay. I booked this for my annual NYC birthday trip and since we had a larger group we wanted to stay in NJ and take the train / ferry into town. The place was perfect, the hosts offered for me to drop off my bags earlier, they were very communicative, any questions we had got immediate attention and resolution. The space very comfortably accommodated 4 people and could have easily had more. The kitchen was large and the bathroom was very clean. We felt very safe in the area and the location was a quick walk away from the PATH station and had great local food options nearby. The hosts provided a guidebook of recommendations as well. We would 100% stay here again.

Rented this space for a few nights to study for a final and presentation, and I must say it was well worth it. The manager was very welcoming and thorough with the instructions that come with an RV. It was my first time ever in an RV and I survived it alone just fine; though, if anybody feels uneasy, management is only a text away.

Nidhi’s place was probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was in a luxury high rise building. A lot of amenities. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful view of NYC. She answered all questions quickly and I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transportation. The view of NYC from the apartment was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Communication with the host was clear and consistent, and they always responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

I gave 5 stars because the host was great and the home was beautiful.. clean.. and homey. I will say the upstairs tenant was VERY NOISY.. but we didn't want that to affect our review.

Hospitable and proactive Hosts. Very respectful and helpful. Place was pristine and tidy. I liked that. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but there is nothing the hosts can do as it is what it is.

La pasamos muy bien en Union City, en el estudio de Dana. A pesar del frío, el estudio siempre estaba bien climatizado. Los elementos de cocina funcionan muy bien y nunca faltó agua caliente. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y podíamos pasear a nuestra perrita sin problemas o incluso sacarla al baño a la 1 am, sin sentirnos inseguros. Las paradas de autobús están muy cerca y se puede llegar a Manhattan en 20 minutos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Logement qui se situe à West New York qui correspond aux photos, l’arrêt de bus est juste en bas du logement avec des bus direct vers la ville de New York toutes les 10 mins. L’hôte est super sympa, très réactive et à l’écoute, nous a même déposé un adaptateur européen pour les prises électriques (il nous en manquait) Je recommande cet air bnb si vous êtes deux et que vous souhaitez un endroit pour vous reposer après votre longue journée de visite.

Great little place. Check in was easy and the host was responsive to all my questions. Even at 1am lol. Was perfect for our over night stay.

Raymond’s place was just what we needed. It was close to our family who live in Brooklyn. It is a very clean and clutter-free place. This group is very responsive. They give very clear instructions for entrance procedures. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. This Airbnb is also located near some wonderful restaurants, food markets and drug stores. We couldn’t have asked for a better fit for our trip to NYC.

Darby's place is very nice and clean, with all the cooking essentials we needed. The heating in the second-floor bedroom wasn’t working, but Darby provided space heaters. He wasn't aware of the issue but responded quickly when I informed him and tried to help resolve it. Parking was a bit confusing at first because I thought the white boxes indicated that parking was prohibited. However, I later realized that it was acceptable to park in the driveway and in front of the white block by the driveway, as long as you have a permit. Additionally, the house has three levels, so navigating the stairs throughout the day can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, and Darby is friendly and very responsive.

We loved our stay with our dog! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. There’s access to the backyard which has a small playground and turf for dogs which came in handy! There’s also a park a block away and some great Indian and Colombian food just up the street a 10 min walk away. There’s also mattress was also super comfy!

Ana was a fantastic host! Her place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!
