Even in the winter this spot was beautiful! The actual barn itself stays super warm and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Rio and Toby were responsive, friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s also very conveniently located right near a good swimming spot and not far from New Paltz. My partner and I kept talking about how excited we are to hopefully come back in the spring/summer when everything on the grounds is in full bloom!

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

This is the perfect space for a group to stay! The unique art pieces and makeup of the home combined with the record player and records made the home stand out for sure. I particularly loved the guide that identified everything we might need to know about the house as well as giving a bit more info about the art pieces. This is a place we’d all love to return to! Definitely recommend it.

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

Donna had a lovely home. The home was even better than pictured. There was plenty of land surrounding the area and it was very easy to find. There isn’t much service going up to the house though, so make sure you have the address in your gps before heading up there! Thank you Donna for the lovely stay!!!

Loved Ellie's place. Martina was an amazing host and made it very easy for us to enjoy this beautiful property. Highly recommended if your looking to relax and get back to nature. Looking forward to returning.

The other reviews are spot on. This place is lovely. The house looks and smells fantastic. The town is very close by and Richard is a great host. Everything was exactly as desired and very cozy. We were even treated to a winter snow storm which made the place even more magical. Would love to return in the future!

I highly recommend this property. Beautiful country setting yet convenient to the city. This is probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and had the best equipped kitchen for those wishing to cook. Thomas was very responsive and professional.

Our stay was very peaceful and quaint. We loved the cows and the staff was very friendly and informative. A very cute little store on site. The sunset was to die for and the home was clean and had plenty of amenities. We would recommend this stay for a nice unplug from daily life for anyone who loves the quiet. We enjoyed a stunning mountain view during breakfast, which set the perfect tone for our stay. Carrie kindly gave us a tour of the farm, sharing her insights and making us feel welcome. We also went hiking and explored nearby towns, each offering charming, cozy vibes. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

If you are looking for a sign to book this place, this is it! The house was so wonderful, and much bigger than the photos could capture. It's also very well stocked with fun board games and activities, as well as a really comfortable and spacious kitchen. We spent our time cooking, hanging out on the couch, and playing games! It was the perfect way to spend a cozy winter getaway. The horse and goats are a huge plus, and we enjoyed going down to feed them and give them pets. Frodo was my favorite! Cheryl and Jamie were really warm and incredible hosts who made us feel very welcome. They even included some treats for us since we were celebrating my birthday, which was such a nice gesture. I wish we could have spent more time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

Very pleasant house and location to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was very secured and private with great views of the surrounding countryside. Our Corgi loved her walks around the property. Thoroughly enjoyed gathering around the wood burning stove and playing games. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of books to choose from in the library. The house was clean and we appreciated having toiletries and towels supplied. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and utensils and plenty of room to work. Laura is a great host who went out of her way to communicate with us; gave us perfect directions to the location and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend her house for a stay any time of year!! Book this house; you will not be disappointed!!

What a great refresh for the husband and I. We needed a flexible check in due to child care and they were so accommodating. The welcome wagon of geese and goats were spot on and we looked forward to seeing them every morning! The area was so quiet and remote. They had a booklet with different recommendations in order of distance from the airbnb which honestly, was so great. I spent a great amt of time on the swing behind our stay. we opted to have kitty visitors, and every so often a new cat would appear but we loved it! little miss kept us company pretty much the whole time. Trudy was very responsive any time we had a question. Both gave us our privacy but also had lovely conversation when we happened to cross paths. We can't wait to come back in the fall, we loved it so much but really want to see it in it's colorful bounty. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

Maria was a fantastic host , she was very helpful and responsive . We had a wonderful stay at her beautiful cabin ! Would def recommend !!! 5 stars!!!

We loved the cottage. If anything it was even cuter in person than in the pictures. Communication was perfect and the place was very well thought out. We enjoyed our stay, I’d recommend it and come back here in the future!

We stayed here for a second time in a little over a year and hope to come back again. We love the house and the location. Grace is an expertly great host, who communicates frequently and clearly. The house is very comfortable and family friendly, and our kiddos had lots of fun exploring outdoors and mooing at the cows. The grownups enjoyed the comfortable inside, the welcoming dining room, the views and the fall foliage. This is an excellent choice to relax, disconnect and enjoy the quiet scene that surrounds the property.

Jim and Carol were very friendly and nice. The place is awesome and felt like home. We were welcomed by delicious cookies and muffins that Carol and Jim baked. Before we check out and head out, Carol shared her freshly baked ginger cookies with us. So good!!!!!!!!! We had a great stay and wonderful ski trip. Thank you so much for hosting!

Carson is always friendly and helpful. We enjoy the charm of his house and comfortable bedrooms. The location is perfect for skiing and easy to get to local restaurants.
