This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! The best option for 4 or less people near Middlebury VT. As a previous Vermonter for 3 years, I love the coziness and all the artifacts inside - all seemed very authentic to a Vermonters lifestyle. The hosts are super nice, very friendly, and proactive in providing instructions. The kitchen is especially well-equipped with everything we needed to cook for 4 people, which stands out from all the Airbnbs I’ve previously stayed. We come to VT quite often and it’s disheartening that this is the first time of us finding out about Docs place… Will definitely comeback!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr einfacher und schneller Weg nach Manhattan, wunderschöner Blick auf die Skyline von New York, sehr nette Kommunikation mit Peter und sehr leckere frische Bagel im Tigermarket an der Tankstelle. Wir waren eine Familie mit 5 Personen und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Dass es 2 Treppen zur Wohnung sind, hat uns nicht gestört. Ich finde es eher super, dass die Wohnung ganz oben ist und daher niemand über einem herumläuft.

Great place to stay for exploring the local area and walking in the Carskills. The apartment is well equipped and we felt at home straight away.

Super cute place with a nice view of the Hudson. The claw foot was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful time staying here at Lake Schroon for our girls' getaway weekend. The location is perfect and very peaceful. I loved walking down to the beach every morning to view the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and even went into the water. We had a blast going out to a karaoke bar on our first night and then cooking in the second night with a fire pit complete with s'mores. There are restaurants within the area and fun shops too. Jack and Lorraine were friendly and very responsive and helpful too.

The house on Candlewood lake is in a beautiful spot with lake views from almost every window and water access. It is well appointed with large beds and TV’s in almost every bedroom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, answering questions about renting a boat and being flexible about check out. The perfect lake house, will definitely be back.

This house is great. Lots of space to relax and spread out. There are many indoor and outdoor games provided on the property. We really loved the volleyball net and the basketball hoop! The place was also very clean and tidy.

From start to finish Zoe was very responsive and accommodating. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and neat. The bedding was very comfortable. We cooked a dinner and a breakfast and the kitchen was stocked well enough to make both these meals easy.

We had a very nice winter getaway at Janet’s place. It was super clean and open. There is mindful decor throughout. It is a short ride into town with many funky shops, and about 20 mins to Woodstock which is also great. The hot tub was nice on a cold winter night, and the yard was great for our old dog who was very happy to get to go on vacation. That being said, if you don’t have dogs do NOT worry about any traces of a dog having been there. The place was immaculate.

Mima's home was a rare stay for me because I am grieving and going through heartbreak. I was meeting my best friends who own a home minutes away from Mima's home. But I needed a day and night to myself for healing and solace. I found that and more at Mima's. It is almost impossible to convey how my brief visit immensely helped my spirit. If you know that I spent the first night on the deck until after 3:30 AM because the view was spectacular under the dark skies and I felt so comforted by my surroundings, you can sense what her home did for me. I am already looking at dates to visit with my children for a few nights. Her home is a gift to anyone who visits. I didn't even want to disturb the upstairs of the house, because everything I needed was on the landing floor with the wrap-around deck and cozy living room. So I slept happily on the couch for a few hours, and then the sea called me early to sit on her private dock. That was everything for me. And she was an incredibly kind host.

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Diana's place is even better than pictured. Very clean, super close to the mountain. The check in and check out couldn't have been smothered. It was plenty big for myself, husband and out 7 yo. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay when going to Hunter Mountain. Very clean and has everything you need. Gerry kept me well informed and was friendly. Place is exactly as he described. My favorite part is it is close to the resort and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in town. Recommend!
